Good hotel in Udaipur

Booked this hotel for November and it is one of the good options in its category. Though it is not in the old city or near the lake (many people prefer to stay near the lake), it is easily accessible form almost all tourist attractions in the city. Room size is good, hotel lobby is big, staff is helpful. All necessary amenities are provided in the room. Breakfast is good with good variety. Sleep quality is good. Overall everything was good and satisfactory. I will certainly recommend this hotel.

I went to udaipur with my wife and have booked the hotel for 5 nights. Room was clean and comfortable with regular room services. As we reached udaipur airport on 14/12 we got to know that situation at Udaipur was tensed due to roits and all internet services were suspended for 3 days, so we were unable to decide the place we should visit considering the situation. The Mrs. Priya FOM alongwith Mr. pankaj from travel desk guided us while making arrangements for sight seeing at lesser prices then market. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality of the hotel staff who were concerned for our comfort and safety during our stay.. i will definitely look forward to visit again
Old Legacy Hotel

Recently we visited Udaipur and stayed in this Hotel. Its very nice legacy Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean! Restaurant is nice and food is also very tasty! Lot of variety. Maintenance is huge issue in this Hotel. Lifts are very old and gives trouble while operating! Room AC is not working properly. Even though you keep it off, rooms are chilled. So you don't have any option than to ask for heater in the room! Staff is good and courteous!
They need to upgrade themselves. Its good hotel with reasonable cost!
Amazing stay with family

Clean and comfortable room. Restaurant Manager Bipin and his team was very caring. The variety in buffet food was good n tasteful.
Hotel was neat and clean.
Overall enjoyed the Stay and had a good experience.
Money minded hotel with poor customer service

I have booked the hotel from 26th November 17 to 28th November 17. I reached hotel on 26th November, evening 7pm with hotel voucher. My hotel voucher clearly shows that room service with three meals is included in the my package. The reception lady Miss Jimmi denied such inclusion. I asked her to talk to my travel agent contact number given in hotel voucher but she denied to talk. Her behaviour was rude. As it was going to be night , I checked in and went to my room. The lift quality is very poor and rough feeling like lift of a old apartment. I took buffet dinner at restaurant in lobby level. The food options were good but quality and freshness in food not good. Chicken item less cooked and inside of one pieces tasted rotten. Next morning, I ordered tea in my room . The tea was brought in open Ketley covered by silver foil only. I decided to check out the hotel. I visited reception where Miss Jimmi and Miss Jarrow took more than 30 minutes to complete check out formalities. Very horrible experience. Please refrain from such hotels and good option available with this price range.
