    Rooms are neat and clean but food is not that much good as I ordered Fried chicken which was over fried and dry from inside however outside there are many shops person can easily able to get food but rooms and services offered are good.... More

    I stayed here for 2 day/nights. Here is my list of pros and cons. PROS- 1. The location is nice. On the main road. It will take 10 mins auto from nirman vihar metro. ( opp. happy english school or near geeta colony police station are famous landmarks). 2. Stay will be comfortable. A/C will be noiseless and effective. 3. Good value for money. (no doubt) 4. Staff is polite and helping. 5. They clean the room whenever you want. AND VERY SAFE TOO.( I WENT OUT FOR 4 HRS WITH 2 LAPTOPS, TABLET, MOBILES OUT LYING ON BED, BUT REALLY HONEST STAFF THE ROOM WAS CLEANED WITHOUT A SINGLE THING TOUCHED OR EVEN MOVED. SO KUDOS TO YOUR STAFF GUYS) CONS- 1. You may find rooms smaller but not too small to sacrifice your comfort.(mine was room 205, can't say about all rooms though) 2. No chairs or table where you can eat your food, maybe due to its small size. So the food you order will have to be eaten on bed.(again only for my room, don't know about others). No more cons, your stay will be comfortable and peaceful.... More

    This Hotel is located on the Shiv Puri Main Road and not so difficult to find.The reception is located on 2nd floor. 1st floor have the dining hall. There is only 1 elevator for the hotel and surprisingly the door censors does not work. This could have been fatal with us. Multiple times the doors (of the elevator) almost banged forcefully on us while entering/exiting. I made multiple complaints to the reception, but the lift was not serviced. We were scared to use the elevator later. With kids and Old people, definitely it can become fatal. Dirty rooms (empty beer bottles, soda bottles, dust, mud, used soaps, plastic covers, bucket/mugs having stains, unclean bed sheets) welcomed us. The water in the toilets remains on the floor and makes it filthy. You feel like entering a road side public toilet. It was pretty late in the evening and I had no choice other that to accept it due to early morning appointment. During Breakfast (it was complementary) found cockroaches roaming freely around foods.So apparently no pest control is being done. Final words - The hotel was set up with good facilities with spacious rooms, Tv, Security Camera all across (atlest on 3rd Floor). But due to lack of maintenance, this has become a nightmare for travelers.... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
