    The hotel is located just in front of JPN Apex Trauma Center of AIIMS. The connectivity to public transportation is good. The room was nice. Toilet was very small. It had Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator. Coffee or tea sachet were not there. Even water bottle was given only on demand. It is value for money.... More

    More investment in the hotel is required

    I visit frequently to this hotel. It suits me due to it's location. This time condition of the room was extremely pathetic. Linen were in their worst condition. Torn, crushed, shabby. Sofa were torn, bathroom exhaust, bedside socket, tv remote were not working. Bedside socket was not repaired till 5 days, that's too despite of my daily reminding staff. Slits in the door, infringement to the privacy. Proper attention was also not paid. In spite of handing over of room keys at the counter, on returning rooms were not found cleaned sometimes. Irritating! Linen, furniture are in urgent need of change. Though staff is cooperative but less attentive.... More

    Hotel is located very close to AIIMS trauma center. Reception behavior is extremely sick, before asking for the ID Card they will ask to deposit the total amount for the stay. Dinning hall is like a store. Bathroom are full of cockroaches. Booking done through Oyo rooms. It would be better to stay 1-2 km from AIIMS trauma center then to take the services of this hotel. Complementary menu contains only Paratha and Omelette. Ground floor room curtains are not ok, anybody can see from outside. Food inside the hotel is very costly.... More

    LOCATION- Biggest plus point. Just opposite the JP Narayan Trauma centre. AIIMS and Safdarjang hospital at walking distance. AIIMS Metro is 900 metres. Also good places to eat out like Rosang and Rajinder Da Dhaba are near. Safdarjang post office is 200 metres away. SERVICE- Good. Serve with a smile. ROOMS- Small and congested. The bed is small for 2 people. The TV is an old fashioned BOX. Poor quality Cable TV. Lack of charging points. Window AC, creates lot of noise. WIFI- okay, but stopped working on the last day of my stay. DINING AREA- Horrible. Looks like a store room. No buffet breakfast. Only 2 options- Aloo paratha or Bread omlette. Tried to charge extra for juice. all other food items are sky high priced. BATHROOM- Poorly ventilated. The exhaust of the adjacent bathroom is connected to this one creating foul smell. Overall its a Hotel located in a prime location, Features of A Budget Hotel but charges the price of a LUXURY hotel.... More

The 4-floored Hotel equipped with elevator facility offers its guests in 15 vintage rooms and is located at a distance of 1 kilometer from the Metro station and 15 kilometers from the airport in New Delhi. Guests are offered facilities like airport transportation on surcharge, healthy breakfast services and Wi-Fi. With the availability of a backup generator and medical services within the hotel premises a stress-free stay is ensured.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
