    The Hotel looks brilliant and New from Outside but our room (non ac double bed room) was very dirty and old. Very very small room with all the walls are full off stains. Moreover, there is no charging point to charge my mobile/laptop too. No dustbin in the toilets. Bad stay..please don't go for it..or choose different rooms..go for offline booking..check rooms then pay.... More

    Reached Kolkata at 10 pm from Hyderabad and needed to go to Guwahati early morning at 5 am. Was recommended overnight stay at Golden Inn by a friend in Kolkata. Booked a room over phone. It took 20 minutes to get from the airport by pre-paid taxi cost Rs. 130. The room was neat and preferred food in the room, which was typical rice & fish. Could rest well, and hotel arranged for Airport drop on payment. Overall a good place to sleepover to catch the morning flight. But be prepared for the music of the Dance Bar that closes only at midnight.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.
