The main advantage of this hotel is it is on the highway. It is not for high class people. But for us it was like best part of tour. Hotel staffs were good and they arranged whatever we asked for like hot water to drink, bonfire, Music for night party. But the infrastructure is to be modified well to attract tourist.

Glanton Manor is one of the worst hotel to stay in. Although centrally located in Ooty but the hotel is worst.
No cleanliness inside rooms.
Restaurant is also worst. No clean table cloths. The food is not good. They can't even cook South Indian dishes properly.
On main road.

Had been to this hotel, enjoyed staying, as it was on main road. Service is little issue and costly, but
Due main road it's great and easy connectivity to all major main market, food quality is also okie.
A very experience, will never recommend this to anybody.

Food: Waste. Seriously if you want to waste your money, you can go ahead.
The worst part is the Manager's behaviour. He himself accepted that the almost all the people checking out are raising so many concerns about the service but they are not at all listening and doing no cost cuttings.
They will heavly charge from you but when the time of delivering service they will backout.
Neverever ask them to arrange for a candlelight dinner. Because they don't know what it means.
The worst experience,not for family

A very bad place not for family to stay , I recently had booked 2rooms for my family which included my dad who was disabled when I reached the place the staff said the rooms are only available on second floor and he wont give us the rooms which we booked in the first floor and the irony is he even mentioned that the lifts are not working when I said we spoke to you about this earlier as my dad is disabled and can't climb the stairs ... The cold hearted management said you can look for another hotel we can't and won't help you ...... this kind of places should be shut down who doesn't understand the value of customer service and cheats people ....
