    just ike to say one word worth every Rupee you spent. This hotel is not exactly on the beach but it is just 1.5 km away from beach, The staff was very helpfull ,swimming pool is also a decent size. Rooms are quiet clean with attached balcony. The breakfast menu is also good. booked this hotel for 4 nights good for couples and friends group as well... More

    We were given a room which was crawling with bed bugs, in the chairs and the towels which was horrific especially when arriving at midnight. The room and bedsheets were dirty. We were swapped immediately to a room that looked bug-free but the hygiene was unimproved. The hotel clearly has an issue with mould as it was covering the shower curtains and the pillows. Seriously, if you decide to stay look at your pillows as in both rooms they were black with mould. Breakfast was average. We could see the pool which was green and had a dangerous looking broken step which was covered in rust. We left and booked a different hotel at the first opportunity.... More

    The staff at this resort were mainly really friendly but there were a few of them that were really nasty and awkward. The original room I was given had a toilet that leaked and a very loose toilet seat that was absolutely filthy where it wasn't attached to the back of the toilet. The linning of the pool was broken and missing in parts, there was only one set of steps to get in and out of the pool and that had a rung missing. The waiters picked their noses and sneezed into their hands without washing them afterwards. I saw a rat one evening my friend thought it was a mouse but it was a rodent that ran down towards the outside cooking area and when she mentioned it she was told it comes every night. The taxi rank outside was alot more expensive because it had no competition so during daylight hours we walked the half mile or so to get a cheaper taxi. We complained to our travel agent who managed to get our rooms upgraded and permission for us to use the pool at the resort next door.... More

    Budgeted stay. Comfortable good rooms with good bathrooms and amenities. Quick check in. Good breakfast. In room ac, tv, fridge and tea coffee maker with 1 litre complimentary water bottle per day. No safe locker. In bathroom geyser for hot water and bath amenities. Location very close to happening side of candolim. All in one you won't be disappointed at price what you pay. Absolute Value for money.... More

Overview

This chocolate-cream coloured resort with an outdoor swimming pool is located close to the Candolim and Anjuna Beaches. A total of 50 pool and field view guestrooms with contemporary decor are available across its four floors, and maintained with the necessary amenities. The Rest and bar offers multi-cuisine fare to its diners between 8a.m to 12p.m. There is also a 2000 sq feet AC conference hall equipped with a projector, screen, and speakers. A massage or a workout is possible in its health club.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
