Worst hotel evet

The worst hotel ever in my life, i suggested this hotel to one of my overseas client for a business trip, when i went to meet him i was informed that visitors are not allowed to meet to the guest staying in the hotel, how strange was that, he is a heart patient and strictly on a restricted diet,i had got him home made lunch, but how wierd was it not to allow the visitor to meet them in their room,
finally i spoke to manager Barkha sharma to request her to grant me permission to go and meet him in the room,but the way she spike to me was so rude that i thought i am not in a 4 star hotel and its some 0 star boarding and lodging hotel,
for any overseas guest,visitors are a must,will never ever recommend this hotel to any one,

Rooms are good. Reception staff is rude. Breakfast good.bathrooms ok, Can be cleaner. Food not bad. Ambience is ok. Didn't ask or use gym.
Towels look old. Housekeeping really need to do their Homework and benchmark the cleanliness to other equivalent hotels.
Better than I thought

This hotel was chosen because its front desk works 24/7 and as I had a late arrival, predicted for 9:30 pm until get the luggage, go through the customs, taxi would be almost 11 pm. It`s very close to the BOM, the international airport .I was happy for that and happier to know that even with my flight delayed I go there at 1 am on the next day.
The hotel is very clean, and elegant. The shower perfect, toiletries, comfortable bed and pillows , AC very quiet, nice internet.
The buffet breakfast has a lot of choices and is delicious!
The front desk and all the staff are very polite, and helpfull. I highly recommend it!

This was probably one of the worst hotels we have stayed at! We had booked a double king room with breakfast. This was in our booking confirmation. At the reception, the staff told us we have to pay extra for the breakfast. It took us a while to explain to the staff that it was already pre-booked and they told us that our booking agency must have made a mistake (we booked through booking.com!!). After a while it was sorted, however their attitude was very unpleasant.
As we checked in, I asked kindly if they could please give us a nice big room. We had already booked a king double room, however they gave us a room with two singles. The reason for this was apparently the king double would be too small for us (we are two slim women)!! The room itself did not have a proper clean, and there was dust and marks everywhere. I went downstairs to complain, and they said to wait 10 minutes and someone will come and clean the same room. I insisted that they move us to a different room, as there is no way they would have been able to clean the room in that time and we were so tired. In the end they did move us to a king double - which is what I booked, but still nothing great.
The next morning we went down for breakfast, and half way through the breakfast we were told we have to pay for it, considering we had already discussed the day before that no extra payment will be taken! During breakfast I had to go to the receptionist and explain the whole booking confirmation again, and even showed them the email confirming breakfast is included and they still thought booking.com had made a mistake. Eventually they agreed, but by that time we had lost our appetite.
All the receptionists were incredibly rude!!!
Please avoid at all cost, there are much nicer hotels in Mumbai for the same price!!

This is the worst experience you can ever get in a luxury hotel in Mumbai, towels were not changed in two days, as you can see in the photo, in fact I have never experienced any hotel like this, no new towels, no towels at all actually(but bed is made). As you can see, the shower space has a slippy stone ramp, which is a real danger and threat to life, I fell over because of it and hurt my back.
This is definitely the worst hotel I have experienced in years.
Recommend all to avoid at all cost.
