    They have only 25 rooms and got 45 bookings. Overbooked through OYO. OYO confirmed the booking and when I reached the hotel they are saying, they don't have that booking it seems. The front desk is asking why did I book through OYO, I should have called them directly. If it is my issue.... More

    Horrible worst crappy hotel

    One of the worst hotels in the country. I live in USA and based on the online reviews I had booked this hotel for my wife, who had booked to attend the US visa interview. Though they claim to have good rooms, there was no water supply for the whole night and also in the morning. When I tried calling them, even though I explained that I am doing a long distance call from USA, they were very very rude to not reply me and abruptly disconnect the call. When my wife went to the reception to complain about the water they spoke very rudely to her. When she wanted to cancel the booking, they rudely asked her to call Oyo for the refund. When I tried calling Oyo, they never responded and kept me on hold, indefinitely. By far the worst ever hotel I have experienced so far. Would like to give a negative score but would settle to give one star to this absolute piece of crap hotel. I would recommend not to book any Oyo hotels in India. Bad service and rude staff.... More

    I booked the room through OYO and stayed on 11/10/18 one night. I got the room no 109, but this room AC was not working and technician came and told us to will take some time to get cool. But later they changed the room after complaining to oyo. then i get room No. 111 and this room AC have a horrible sound when it working. Again room changed to 112. There AC was ok but in bathroom both Hot water and cold water tape was very very old and ugly and not in working condition. Room has not much clean. Room assistant was a lady and she dont know english and not ready to speak. She conveying by actions. Also break fast arranged in 3rd floor and the surrounding area has not much clean Very bad hotel.     Rooms are dirty, Lot of cockroaches, Linens are very dirty and lot of marks. For breakfast there was only Idli and they did not provide Coffee ( in Chennai ). No proper parking options, Have to park on the road itself. Lift is not in good condition.Overall a very bad experience..... More

    Recently check in to this horrible hotel ; they claim it as a 3 star . but it’s not even worth for 1 star honestly . i booked via Oyo . insects were crawling all over the place . very dirty linen. switch boards were scary . not even provided basic toiletries . if u comoros use for a cheap stay ; only stay here otherwise avoid it . only benefit is hardly 10 minutes from US consulate . Staffs were not so friends ky . Had morning reakfast they charge for this . but not even worth for the money . ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 AM and the standard check-out time is 12 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
