Third class hotel terrible experience

I had a terrible experience with the hotel. I checked in to the hotel on 27th June and was supposed to stay for 4 days and due to some family emergency I had to check out on 28th June and travel back to Delhi. The hotel staff is so insensitive including the manager that I did not get any refunds even after knowing the reason.
The hotel location is terrible, the rooms are very small and shabby, the breakfast area is unhygienic and food is also terrible. They do not have their own kitchen and for meals they get food from outside. Overall a forgettable experience.

2.I booked it at a cheap price through Goibibo
4,Located within a peaceful residential area.The main road and market is around 1km from it.
5.Just below the hotel(at a distance of 20m) there is a good restaurant where you will get good food at a resonable rate
1.Food price of the in house restaurant is expensive
Overall its value for money.

Stayed at Galaxy Comfort in Mumbai for three nights because one of my local friends recommended it due to its location to his place in Mumbai. I am from the UK, London.
I had WiFi problems throughout my stay and as I was depending on WiFi to stay connected with my family back in the UK it was hard not having it for two of the three nights I stayed.
The room was OK! Clean but the sheets had a hole and the ceiling fan was very noisy, however, the room had A/C. There is major construction work in the local area so sleeping in late was not an option.
I did not have breakfast as I was always up too early to catch breakfast. The staff was friendly enough they tried there best to help with the WiFi issues and was helpful enough if asked.
No help was provided from the concierge getting my bags in and out of my taxi. The security was unfriendly which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere when entering or leaving the hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel to international travellers or tourist. The service was just not value for money and I felt that I could have found a better hotel for the money I spent at Galaxy Comfort.
Never Book a stay in this Hotel

During our visit to Mumbai between 5th May and 7th May 2016 We booked this Hotel from Yatra seeing 3star rating.We committed a blunder by booking this hotel. We had very irritant stay in this hotel.
First of all they deceive you by posting wrong photos on the website. The photos appear very attractive but the real situation is completely different. I think they may have one or two good rooms and they post the pics of those rooms. The hygiene in the hotel is non existent.
Second, the service is the worst can any hotel offer. Starting from the front office to the room services every service should be rated (-5 stars). The front office people don't even know what is courteous behaviour. They are very rude, uncouth, very disgusting. They stare at women customer from top to bottom in a very disrespectful manner. Forget about good dressing sense at least a minimum humble behaviour by them would have made me give good rating to the hotel.
Room service is abysmally bad. They don't give water from the second day of stay onwards.
Third, my wife literally puked at the smell of the food served. The complimentary breakfast is namesake as there will be only bread jam that is edible.
Four, the location of the hotel is like amidst some dumping yard. Once you come out of your AC Room the filthy pungent smell irritates your nose. And the location of the hotel is in some corner of Mumbai away from the main road and you have to walk around one kilometer to find a taxi/auto as the uber or ola drivers refuse to come to this very narrow lanes.
Budget hotel at the cost of basic minimum facilities. For the facilities they offer the cost they charge is too much.

Wanted share about experience about this hotel. First of all its in the end of the world, you have go atleast 2 km from the marol road. There is this single late where just on car can pass, if there is another auto, cab coming from the opposite site be ready to spend 15 mins to make your wayout. The staff is ill mannered, the watchman thinks he is the owner and hotel and talks to you rudely even to females. All and all a bad experience and never going back. There are better hotels in the Marol area guys, pls go other option if you want to have a good experience
