    I stayed from 04.06.2017 to 09.06.2017 with my parents and some relatives.Location is good.The front view of the hotel is almost fully open , No obstruction as such for the sea view. Rooms are very well decorated in a very modernistic fashion.I think that's the USP for them. All the amenities are there claimed on their portal.Except the wifi.It was still under process.Manager shyamal babu who was very cordial and helpful with his guests told me that due to delay from BSNL , they were still unable to start the service.Also the lift service is not 24X7 , it is on request basis. Room service was not totally up to the mark , as it is a very newly started hotel ,suffering seriously from shortage of stuff.But I was told many new stuff are joining soon.Though I was amazed by the service provided by a boy nicknamed Sarathi, with a ever smiling face , even in the middle of the night.Food in the restaurant was moderate and I will say its better than any place outside on that location.As again , it is very newly started , very small , little carpentry are yet to be looked after and accomplished. Apart from this staying in Gadadhar is really like in the middle of the sea roar for the beautiful location and their well decorated rooms really made me cozy and comfortable .Also the stuffs are good and friendly in their conduct which made my stay very homely.Strongly recommend to those for whom peace , comfort and fashion is the first choice....     Stayed on June 2017 for 3 days, on booking time they told it's a 3 star centrally ac hotel, BT I think the people who coordinate don't know what a 3 star hotel is, very bad experience , in there web many fake facilities mentioned, but these all are fake, They do have a restaurant but nonfunctional, the reason they said is that the cook is on leave!! And, although the lift was functional, they said it's out of order and we had to take stairs each time, despite being lodged on 3rd floor!! The staffs are pathetic in their gesture of greeting guests!! They don't have a proper cash memo, in place of cash memo they give the bill on a plain paper and said that if they give a proper bill,then an extra charge of 9% (they claimed as "luxury tax") would be levied for which they could not justify!! I have ended my trip with a very bad hotel experience, Not at all recommended!!... More

  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
