    Bathroom was leaking, get that sorted. Charging point should be available next to each bed and not just 1 bed. AC cooling is high in some rooms and very low in some rooms. Bathrooms are old, flush is old, get that sorted.... More

    Our room was OK. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Phone and hot water jug not working. I reported the phone three times to the same person on the desk. Response was always 'It will be fixed tomorrow'. Never happened. Then I became unwell overnight with Delhi Belly and, needing more toilet paper by morning, I had to get dressed and go down to the desk to request it because the phone wasn't working. After doing this three times with no result (the situation as you can imagine was getting desperate), I had to beg one of the cleaners on the floor to give me some toilet paper. Because of the lack of service by that man on the front desk, I'd never stay there again. It was the only hotel on my trip that i had an issue with.... More

Hotel FREESIA, Delhi, A 3 star hotel is located at Defence Colony, New Delhi. Hotel has an easy accessibility from Indira Gandhi international airport and domestic airport which are at a distance of around 15.2 km. It offers good connectivity from New Delhi railway station and Nizamuddin railway station with a distance of approximately 10.3 kms and 5.9 kms respectively from the hotel. It is also in close vicinity of Dilli Haat. Though this 3 star hotel is located in commercial and residential locality but it has a tranquil atmosphere. It offers 37 pleasurable rooms which are divided into two categories, Royal Suites and Executive Rooms. The dining option in the Hotel includes a restaurant serving mouth watering breakfast, lunch and dinner to the guests. 24x7 in-room dining is served. Hotel has a conference hall for business meetings that is well equipped with computers fax machine, a scanner and a laptop can be provided on demand. 24 hour room service is available for the convenience of the guests. All the major debit and credit cards are accepted at this hotel. The hotel provides special facilities if required for the convenience of disabled guests. Travel desk with a travel agent exists to arrange sightseeing tours, ticketing, car rental and other travel necessities. Complimentary WI-FI Internet access is available in public areas.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
