    It's a long flight from New York, but even the most weary traveler receives a sharp wake-up on the taxi ride from the airport. The Four Seasons Mumbai is a 30-40 minute ride from the airport, during which you will pray to the deity of your choice as traffic wizzes by you. The hotel does offer a $60 one-way ride in a BMW, if that's your cup of tea. Our check-in process was seamless and friendly. We were shown to our room on the 25th floor, which was a corner room with a beautiful view of the Arabian Sea. The king bed was really comfy, and the bathroom was huge with his/her sinks and a large rainfall shower. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in a lot of afternoon light and the sunsets (if you can see them through the Mumbai haze) are really something. The food at Cafe Prato downstairs is very tasty and fresh - the continental breakfast is well worth the ~$18 USD to fill up with before your day, and the dinner selections are very solid as well. The only downside I have about this hotel is the location - if you're here for sightseeing, you're in a bit of no-man's land in terms of getting to the downtown tourist areas. It's a 30-50 minute car ride (traffic made the timings variable) to the Gateway or the Colaba district.... More

    My wife and I went here for a staycation as we wanted a break from the normal schedule. This is one of the best properties to stay in Mumbai with exemplary service.     Had a family weekend in December. Had a great time with kids. The food is just Awesome. The rooms were smaller then expected an extra bed is not advisable. There are a lot of things to do around the Hotel for kids as well as adults.... More

    One night in Deluxe King room for triple sharing. Room was spacious and good amenities provided. Pillows are too soft for me but I managed to have a comfortable sleep. Service from hotel staff are prompt and consistent. Front desk went the extra mile to change lots of small notes for me. Both San Qi and Cafe Prato served delicious food and good service from restaurant crew. Only issue for the morning breakfast would be the Singapore Laksa... the curry sauce is not authentic enough. This high-end 5 Star property overlooks the splendorous Haji-Ali that stretches out to the Arabian Sea. Guests can dig into some Sushi at 'San-Qi', the authentic oriental restaurant dedicated to Asian cuisine, where one can see chefs work their magic at the wok station and chefs table. Those with a penchant for continental food can head to 'Prato', for treats from Italian & Mediterranean frontiers. One can take a dip in the swimming pool, work out at the gym or head to the spa & soothe mind, body & soul.


Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
