    Stayed here for 4 nights and were initially happy with our room. It was clean and functioning. However, the staff were unorganised and lacked a level of communication often seen among these groups of hotels. In one morning we had 3 seperate housekeepers knock on our door for room cleaning despite already telling the first one “no thanks”. We later handed our laundry in to a staff member who insisted it would be back by the evening. When we returned from our day, we didn’t have it and were promised it in the morning. Unsurprisingly, our laundry was not there and after countless calls and visits to reception we finally received it over 36 hours after we dropped it off. This is incredibly long particularly considering our laundry consisted of 14 pairs of undergarments and a t-shirt. To top it off, after we had checked out early in the morning to catch our train, the receptionist comes running out to halt our taxi to haul us back in to pay for the laundry that she forgot to add to the bill when we payed the night before. This was highly inappropriate due to the countless discrepancies regarding said laundry. We were then charged a staggering $21 AUD for 15 items of small clothing. No apologies from the receptionist or management of any kind. We felt robbed as we left Jaipur, unfortunately putting a dampener on such a beautiful city. Wouldn’t recommend. ... More

    This hotel is centrally located and adjacent to the Fortune mall. Has all amenities and great place to stay. Rooms are spacious with excellent maintenance and offer a good view of the cityscape. Food is good and so are the services ... More

    Only stayed one night, but that was enough. The staff was overwhelmed... it took over 40 minutes to check-in! and the carpeting was stained and worn. our room and the food were acceptable, but that were there only one night.... More

Overview

This 5 Star hotel is located opposite to the Nehru Shankar Bhawan. The lobby is maintained in the ground floor and most of the F & B outlets are situated on the 3rd floor. The 90 well-appointed rooms are magically furnished and fitted with all the modern accessories. There is also a party deck, a swimming pool and a pool bar. Guests can enjoy World cuisine in the Zodiac, a 24-hrs coffee shop, which also offers the right mix of food for people belonging to all sun signs.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
