    The hotel is clean and well maintained but not really upto four star standard. It doesn't have a health club or air conditioning or a spa or a swimming pool. Just an average 3 star hotel with very courteous staffs. Infact except for the staffs nothing is four star. Expect hot water problems whe staying. We faced it on both the days we stayed. Food is good, there is good variety of choices to choose from and the chef goes out of the way to serve you. The view from hotel room is good. Don't expect too much in munnar as moat of the hotels are of similar standard... More

    One among the best hotel and service experienced.. location is too good,, the staffs were very pleasant and helpful,, especially person named vinish, Jay Kumar,, went on to provide to all the services we asked for..,room service was great,, food was available and the food we wanted were made exclusively only for us,, chef Ajith Kumar gave us the customised food v ordered.. vinish was really helpful during our stay and made it comfortable for us..Rooms were spacious and clean... The view from the room was awesome,, especially the premium Jacuzzi room had a very good view, the ambience of the hotel is excellent.., everything we wanted was made available to us... All the staffs from the security to reception staff, to chefs,, all of them were great... A must stay hotel on the whole for wonderful experience of hospitality luxury and comfort..... More

    Best Hotel Ever!!!

    My wife and I stayed here for a few days during the monsoon season on our first trip to Kerala. We covered a few destinations and checked into other hotels over the course of the trip. Kerala was the best trip so far and Forest Glade was by far the best hotel we stayed at. The view, the room, the staff and the food .... It was all perfect. The hotel decor has been carefully chosen with things like birds and caricatures which uplift you. I could just see myself live here it was Soo comfortable. Thanks to the owner, manager and all the staff for making it such a memorable trip.... More

    Very friendly and quick service, great food and amazing ambience. The restraunt is a must try. We were accompanied by the staff for the trekking trip and they provided all support necessary. Highly recommend this place if your’e visiting Munnar.... More

    Pampered to the Hilt

    I stayed at Forest Glade from 23 to 25 Apr 18 along with my wife. Though the primary aim was to get away from the bustle of the City, It was also our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Forest Glade is nested on a hill and affords a bird's eye view of the valley and the tea plantations. There are 3 types of rooms in this property. The Ground Floor has rooms with a garden/ lawn attached to the room. The first and second floors have regular rooms and the third floor has premium rooms. The premium rooms also have a Jacuzzi on the balcony. I stayed on the second and third floors on two nights. The rooms are spacious, well furnished with large bathrooms. The balcony affords a breath taking view of the valley from all rooms in the property. The service at Forest Glade needs special mention. We were received by Mr Jomet the AGM personally and the ever smiling Ms Blessy. The entire staff just decided to make our stay special - from the security personnel to room boys and the restaurant staff. The food was delicious and had adequate variety. You can dine in the room or the beautiful restaurant on the First Floor. Ajith at the restaurant was always around to check on the taste and quality of food and also to suggest and rustle up delicacies as per our taste. The Chef's were truly a class apart. We also had the privilege of being taken on a trek up the hill from the terrace of the property, led by Mr Jomet himself. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the trek and and we were afforded a peek at Munnar from the heavens. We were truly pampered over two days and I still can remember the shy smile of Mr Jomet the AGM. We were truly pampered. Thank you Jomet and Forest Glade. We will be back. Jacob... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 01 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
