    Comfortable and Nice Hotel

    I and my wife Umi stayed in Hotel Florence Inn for two nights three days from 9th Dec to 11th Dec this year. The stay in the hotel was very comfortable and memorable. Due to the following reasons we recommend to the visitors of Delhi to stay at this hotel: 1. Service at the reception is very good and fast. When we arrived at the hotel we met Mr. Nitin Sharma, Front desk Manager who became very helpful to us in every other way that was possible. 2. The guest room is well equipped with large area. In the room there are LCD TV, Locker safe, AC and Fan, Tea-coffee making facilities, Newspaper, etc; 3. The foods of the restaurant are hygienic and delicious. The Restaurant is nice, clean and comfortable. 4. WIFI is free and works good and available all over the area of hotel building. The only weakness of the hotel is that it does not supply its guest complimentary water bottles.... More

    We stayed here twice during our tour of India. I must admit, as we approached the hotel for the first time my heart sank. From the outside it looks awful! The hotel is located in a busy market area near a metro station. If your not used to India (or particularly Delhi) you may find stepping out of the hotel quit intimidating! However, the hotel is actually quite nice. Some of the rooms are huge, others are rather small. Some are recently refurbed, others are looking a little tired. Breakfast is basic but adequate. The restaurant lacks any ambiance but the food is excellent! The staff were friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was good. Not a high end hotel, but would defiantly recommended.... More

    We stayed here 4 nights in October. First impression when our transfer car dropped us off wasn't great. It's down this grotty, narrow road, but once inside it was very good. Staff friendly & helpful at all times. Location is good, close to most things. Great markets all around, some good eateries, banks, ATM. Our room was good size, very clean, complete with AC, fan, TV, good space for luggage, coffee & tea making facilities, good ensuite, comfortable beds & quiet. There is a lift, 24/7 restaurant & room service. No complimentary water. WiFi free but only in lobby. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
