    On November 16 november 2019 at 8.45 am I checked out after two nights. The man at the reception asked me 120 rupees for a bottle of water that the manager had said was free. I do not understand, if so, the difference between the only bottle of water in the room and those in the bar where the costs were exposed. I paid and he didn't issue any receipt. I ask if this behavior is honest for you. In my opinion this behavior means being a thief. I recommend choosing another hotel also because in Delhi there are many 3-star hotels in less chaotic locations.... More

    Why would anyone live in this hotel? I wouldn’t, even if it is free!

    Nightmarish location, an unpleasantly disinterested staff, loads of attitude and dysfunctional infrastructure. Everything in this hotel sucks. I wouldn’t go there even if it was free. One example of what I am talking about: We had a 1 year old infant. We were short on baby food and hence we requested the restaurant staff if they could make some tomato soup. The answer was an upfront rude “you will get only what is mentioned in the menu” If you do plan to go to this hotel be prepared to not get something as basic as a cup of tea during breakfast. I was lucky to get it once in our 3 day stay. Other 2 days i left frustrated after waiting for over 20 minutes. The tv will work some times. Bathroom supplies will be made available only if you ask for it. No complimentary water - I haven’t heard of this anywhere around the world.... More

    This wonderful hotel is located in a great part of Delhi, right off a pedestrian market street. My travel partner was quite ill when we arrived at this hotel and the staff went out of their was to make sure my friend was taken care of. The staff continued to ask after my friend to make sure he was OK. They also let us check out late the next day so my sick friend could have a bit more time for recovery!... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
