    Stayed for a night and booked via the Oyo Website. On reaching the room was extremely dissapointed as the picture was not matching with the room at all. The actual room was much smaller than promised. The AC was not functioning and the TV Remote was not working. Had to inform the front desk who then said I would be given an upgraded room. To my surprise, the photos of the upgraded room matched with the site. It was a tad bit better than the previous room with some space to breathe in. The internet was really irregular with frequent disconnections, a bit of an irritation. The room was otherwise quite clean. Quite a few places to walk around by. The breakfast at their restaurant was a bit awkward to me as I needed to order everytime i wanted something from their fixed menu. I personally prefer to have a small buffet setup wherein I can help myself. The hotel does not have any option of leaving abit later and paying an additional half day charge. So had to vacate the hotel in the day and spend time at my friend's place. Overall a decent hotel, but would recommend trying other places instead of choosing this one at the get go.... More

    Me and my husband visit chennai every now and then for business. This place has been our choice on our last consecutive 3 visits. Our business center is very close to this place and we found it is perfect. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous. It is a little pricy but I think as it is in Anna Nagar you cannot complain much. Not many options with in-house restaurant but they do serve quality food for whatever they have on their menu. But you can always go around and find many good places to eat. It is very near to akshayam -a pure veg south indian restaurant and thalapakatti- famous for its biryani, so go around and do explore. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
