Stay in this place only if you are on a student budget.
No amenities and ambience.
Rooms are also smoked in.
Location is great though, very close to every thing.
Walking distance to railway station and bus depot.
Do not order room service.
Plenty of food available outside.
2nd visit to the place, same as before

Visited the hotel again, this time with family. Had to stick with the hotel despite previous bad expereince because this was the cheapest option. The hotel rooms are the same, old run down and smelly.
The only saving grace is the staff, which is courteous and tries to do the best it can.
Would not recommend it to families

This is the budget hotel in lonavala city and you can save lot of bucks by directly booking this hotel instead of booking from other websites. staff is very cooperative and make your stay very comfortable. Since there is an attached garden with this property and you can hear whispering of birds in the morning which makes your morning more enjoyable.

Let try to be simple
Rooms were clean - Old property so don't expect to much
Food - Not tasted as close to main city area so we visited near by restaurant. I will also advice to do so to get wide range of variety.
Place - Within main city area - Calm place
Hot water available on call if require & at defined time in morning
WiFi - available at reception area so need to seat at reception area to access it.
Final wordit : Good budget Hotel if you want to stay for sleep & morning stuff. If excepting other amenities stay away.

With ratings and reviews I had been to Ferreira resort for two nights, but it was horrible experience in terms of hospitality. Rooms were cleaned but no hospitality at all. Two days it took almost more than one hour for breakfast that too with continuous follow-up and when we tried to talk to manger then his argument was how can we provide half cocked food. Even not bother to understand. Second is the quality of breakfast was not at all there then also giving excuses. Really being customer not at all happy the way manger was behaving. He was acting like a king . Not even having simple manner to say will improve I think argument with customer is the best policy .. I would not at all recommend this hotel to any one, reason being zero customer centric approach from Manager . Given a chance really wants to talk to owner....... -ve rating from me!!!!
