    I recently received a couple of massages at the spa at this hotel. My husband and I went for a couples massage both times. The phone communication I had with the spa prior to my visit was helpful and gave me all the details of pricing and packages. The spa is on its own floor in the hotel, and immediately upon entering, the calm and serene decor starts to put you at ease. We were greeted warmly and escorted to a waiting room, and served water or tea, based on our preference. After about 10 minutes, a massage therapist came took us to our treatment room. The massage room is enormous, with 2 massage table beds, and a jacuzzi sits inside the room. There are two wardrobes as well as a safe to put away your things. Each person has disposable underpants and cotton robes. The therapists start by having you soak your feet in a large bowl of water, washing and briefly massaging, then drying your feet, before you lay down on the massage table. The massage itself was strong with lots of oil and the therapist checked to make sure the pressure level was comfortable. All parts of the body except the chest were massaged. Afterwards, because we had requested to use the jacuzzi, it had been turned on and we were left to use it, followed by a steam sauna in the shower stall. The shower and toilet are part of the massage room. Amenities like shower gel and shampoo were provided, as well as a hair dryer and comb. I bought a silver membership for 2 90-minutes couples massages and this made the deal quite attractive (approximately 11,000 for the package). What would have made the experience better are a few things: 1. I don't understand the point of escorting client to another room before they proceed for treatment. This second waiting room is quite dead and chilly. 2. I am not entirely sure that the massage lasted a full 90 minutes, on the table. This is based on 2x2 experiences. Last time, I asked the therapist before I got up on the table - is it 90 minutes on the table? and she said yes. Perhaps I misunderstood or did not communicate my question clearly. 3. On both visits, one of the therapists stopped massaging and we could hear noises coming from her setting up things - understandably, the bathroom sauna or jacuzzi had to be turned on but this should be kept to a minimum and the therapist should not lose physical contact with the client as long as she is in the room. 4. Serving a hot cup of tea with something small like a biscuit or fruit would be a good way to wrap up the experience. Overall, I would recommend the spa for the value and experience.... More

    What a great stay in Chennai this week. Thanks to Feathers hotel and their great staff and delicious restaurant - Tamak. Please try it when you get the chance. Besides great selection of delicious Asian dishes, Tamak serves one of the best salads I ever had in my life! Their pomelo salad with spicy twist and freshness is simply fabulous, magical!! ❤️ Special thanks to Swarup and Rajya for making it such a special experience tonight!... More

    I have been staying at this hotel for about 3 weeks. After finishing my work and entering the hotel room, it is very pleasant and refreshing because my room is always clean and tidy. Thank you so much to Miss Sowmiya she is supervisor, Mr. Dinakal and Mr. Kalai who are cleaning my room. Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 02 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
