    Thank you fairmont for such a memorable stay! I had great time there, perfect location, food and other amenities( gym and spa). At night, the property looks just amazing. Qualify of the food was also up to the mark! I would like to stay at fairmont next time again when I visit Jaipur with my wife! Special thanks to Miss Nahid.     Property is great but anniversary got ruined!

    So we had read excellent reviews about this property and decided to stay here for our wedding anniversary. (I want to already say that I don't want to mention any names in this review. ) Upon our arrival at the hotel we were told we had been upgraded to the gold room which was really wonderful and we were super excited about celebrating our anniversary here. In the room we saw a card that read we could opt for an exclusive unique dining romantic experience with music blah blah with a price. We thought we could go for that for the anniversary dinner. Next morning we visited the reception and told them we would like to opt for this package. A seriously snobbish guy with an unsmiling dead pan expression told us that this is only available to guests in the gold room. I said we are already in the gold room to which he said we'll have to pay for this package (as if we wanted this for free). I explained to him that this was our anniversary and we wanted to celebrate it in a special way of course by paying for whatever services we are using. He said he'll have to speak to his manager for arranging a dinner and get back to me. He never called back. We went back to the room after breakfast and then again I called up the reception. This time the lady told me that the hotel offers no such services and I need to find the card where I read about this exclusive dinner service. After a while I did indeed find the card and called the reception for the third time with proof. Now they told me yes they offer an exclusive dinner facility and transferred my called to the restaurant. The restaurant person told me I needed to inform him in the morning for this dinner to be arranged. Wow- I had been trying to do exactly that since morning!! Anyway, I then asked what else can be done now- he said he'll arrange for a candle light, some flowers if possible and a cake. I said fine. When we reached the restaurant at the said time, no such preparation had been made. I had to explain to the person in charge again that this was my anniversary and he tried to make up for it as much as he could. He lit some candles - there were no flowers, no cake, only two pieces of stale pastry at the end. My husband was not feeling too well so we didn't say anything. While we were checking out, this really sweet girl came to us - to my surprise asking for great reviews with her name to be mentioned. I wondered where was she when I actually needed help yesterday. My overall review is, great property, food is excellent, the chef is a great guy, very friendly and considerate, but for our anniversary, wish we had gone somewhere else :(... More

    Stayed for 3 nights with large group. Ours was a Rotary event. The hotel is nice, clean and checkin was quite efficient for a large group. At the entrance of hotel, typical welcome by playing traditional drums (Nagada), local Sarangi and singing of folk songs is done. They also shower rose petals from roof top, which adds to fun. Rooms are large and well equipped. What was missing in the bathroom kit was a Comb, which I had forgotten to take from home. Yes can enjoy clean air and go around relaxing. Food is good and a variety of cuisine available. A few items in breakfast (Idly) were repeated every day. Wish these were changed. Good arrangements were made for our meetings and conferences. We occupied 8 halls / rooms, and all of them were comfortable. This place is far away from main Jaipur city. So, if you want to visit Jaipur or go for shopping, you need to consider around 1 hour going and 1 hour returning time. All in all a wonderful place. Don't mind coming again with family.... More

Check in Check out

Hotel Check-in Time is 02 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
