    Good for solo and budget traveler. not a good family hotel. Although most of the cases, the location is mentioned as near Karol Bagh market/metro, the location is not at all good. It is surrounded by slums and dirty roads. Even we faced bunch of pigs roaming around on the road. They don't have any kitchen facility which forces you to go outside for food. And you have to walk a lot to access those famous food courts/restaurants in KB area.   During my 2 days of stay, staffs came to clean our room and I received water whenever i asked for. However,  rooms are not that great. In case, you are thinking about views, that is worse than anything. The biggest problem I faced was there was no bolt in the bathroom door to close it from outside. It always remained half open and one of the lights in bathroom was always on falling almost directly on eyes while laying on bed.  And possibly worst part was what i faced from the reception guy. I was being charged for 400 INR when I asked for a late checkout and I happily agreed to pay with the understanding that I will leave at 2 PM. However, the receptionist suddenly called me @ 1:25 and said 'Should I send some staff to pick your luggage?' When I said that it was agreed that I will be leaving @2 PM, the receptionist guy said that other guests have arrived and waiting for the room. Trusting him I checked out hurriedly within next 10-12 minutes. When I get down to reception, there was no guest. Being curious, I asked the guard whether any guests have arrived. And he confirmed that no guest has arrived from that day morning. I told the same to the reception guy and he said ' guests are waiting some where outside'. Possibly one of the strangest guests. Conclusion:- unless you reach in a situation where your per day hotel budget can't be increased, this is not at all a recommended hotel. You will get far better hotels if you spend ₹500 per day more than what Fabhotel is charging. ... More

    Booked in last moment though a travel portal for a night.Got good deal for room and breakfast,for the price I paid,cant expe t more. Location is chenna market area in Karolbagh,less than 10 min walk from metro station or a short paddle riksaw ride.The area is less crowded but also not too far from Ajmal Khan road,main market of Karolbagh hardly 5 min walking. Reception and other staffs are courteous and helpful.Check in was swift,it took less tham 10 min to be in room. Our room was 102,on 1st floor.Size of room was ok,bathroom was little small but both was clean.Room had LED with channels,a fridge with some non complimentary items,comp tea/coffee and an old but working AC.Bed was comfortable but actually it was 2 single bed clubbed to make a king bed.There was a window too to let light come. Toiletries were missing,just a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner.Towels were clean and not too old Used restaurant only for comp breakfast which was served in basement.The place was conjusted,they served corn flex with milk, some fruit,a juice,idli sambhar,bread ,jam,eggs,pasta ,not a lavish breakfast but total value for money what I paid. Overall was a good stay,and can recommend if searching for budget property for a night or two.... More

    Booked in the month of April through an online partner, Since we were coming from shimla we got late and reached office late night around 11:00. After reaching hotel, we had to wait around 30 minutes for check in because the room was not ready. Staff was not professional. i was happy because i got a call the afternoon confirming my stay and assured that rooms will be ready but surprised on reaching hotel.     Worst stay ever, poor service, terrible food, rude staff

    Pathetic room worst food terrible service - definition of King size bed is to join two broken beds to make one so called King size bed. Room has duct inside showing all pipe fittings.. Rooms are tiny. Food is tasteless and staff is rude. Restaurant is unhygienic, seats broken and smells bad. They don't accept Amex. They Don't accept credit card for food consumption. One of the worst hotels in Delhi. Don't ever visit it.... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.

  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
