Visited for one night !
Hotel room are really nice and clean!
Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful.
Hotel is situated very near to Jaipur railway station and bus stand, which makes it very preferable for stay.
Overall experience was great and I recommend this hotel to all!

We stayed only for a night on an overnight trip from Delhi. The room is clean and decently appointed.
The service needs improvement. When I called for an extra towel, I was very curtly told that it could not be provided!!!
All the breakfast dishes were dry and tasteless.
I had wanted to meet the GM of the property and share my feedback but he was never around.

Last one week I am trevelling . for that I am staying different hotels in different places.
I don't know how MMT giving there assurances about this hotel.
When I checked In I found bathroom lock is not working. 3 time I called up. But still it was not rectified. though I checked out on 14 th of October. You (MMT) can check. my room no. was 407.
I had given order of veg biryani. but pathetic biryani was served with out salt. pickle. not even few slice of onion. which are always accompanied with biryani.
High priced menu with worst food.
Front office personnel doesn't know anything about there hotel.
Very bad Maintanance. Surprisely they are demanding that it is 3 Star property .
Not a good experience.

This has been my worst experience booking wise and stay wise. Firstly while booking, I was asked to pay half amount to confirm my booking as if I was booking a five star hotel (whereas generally all the hotels give an option of payment at checkout). When I checked in, I asked the reception whether I can use the gym as I workout, I got a lame reply that the gym is under renovation and nothing was updated on their website. I was really furious but stayed there. I would not in future stay at this property again. The rooms were clean and ok and the service was also satisfactory. But it is said that first impression is the last impression, so Fabhotels is out of my list unless they do some drastic changes in their approach.

staff is irritating. they try to get too much friendly, have ba communication skills.
Foo is too xpensive. Audit people get after your life.. Front office people are terribly sick. Toilet taps are broken. Towels are dirty. Breakfast too is horrible
