    will never book with Fab hotels Location to interiror,,, Credit/debit card was not accepted ...says the machine is not working /machine fell down & got damaged Not well maintenanced ,No drinking water provided in room ,Flush niot working good Too much mosquitoes Swimming pool is bath tub. Abosultley not big as seen in picture No bed coffee till 9am & breakfast till 10 AM we have to wait eargely for breakfast .Better keep some biscuits or carry your own kettle & coffe/tea & milk if you are use to bed coffe & if you are a early bird in the moerning because you are not going to get coffee any where nearby staff is good... More

    Went there with 4 other couples in a group.Had booked 5 rooms earlier through fab app and on reaching there where allotted 3 rooms and where told to wait till next rooms gets cleared.Although we reached after our check-in time still weer asked to wait.This is still acceptable.We though of having breakfast while waiting for other rooms and while having that we got a message from fab saying 2 rooms of different hotel have been allotted to us.We were shocked to receive this message hardly 10 mins after checking in and receiving 3 rooms.Went to reception and the reception guy told even they don't know how it occurred coz while checking in for first 3 rooms it showed that 2 more rooms are still pending but suddenly it was booked in some other hotel.After multiple discussions and all they offered us 2 rooms with same rate as fab was offering without any overcharge.But fab customer care was still not receiving our calls.So dont trust fab is my point.Directly contact the hotel is proper.Fab have let us down on 1st day in goa. Anyways, after checking in, saw our rooms.Rooms are good .we had delux room which was good and decent.Went for shower and no water.Had to complain regarding and turns out all the water from tank was over.Had to wait for almost 45 mins before getting water.After that the things were smooth.Again we had taken breakfasts in our package and turns out they don't have their own restaurant and bring veg/non veg breakfasts to you room in morning.Breakfast timings are 9 to 11 am.It should have been early although.Still would recommend not to take the breakfast in package.For non-veg we had only omlets with toasts and veg we had poha,aloo paratha and tea/coffee.Very average taste.After that we went to pool and it turns out pool is shared between other hotels or apartments near buy.So after going in pool some random guy comes and asks for pool pass ,until then we had no idea or were being informed of this.We had to come out of pool and go to reception and those two receiption and this pool guy were discussing and told we are allowed now and need to take pass later.I mean this was bad.Also pool was not clean.So didnt went inside again.Overall stay was ok. To sum it up.Good rooms big and nice, average breakfast.Hotel staff referred a guy for pickup and drop and for bike rentals.The guy called navin was good and helpful.Even hotel staff was good and helpful and accommodating. Even they were trying that we do not face any issues and were trying to solve our problems asap.Good efforts needs lots of improvement though.... More

    According to Goa status & fabhotel chains, this hotel is a big let down, extremely disappointed. Only thing that went fine was complementary breakfast buffet , limited variety but fine. CONS: 1.Too far from beach. 2.No sign boards on the way. 3.Road had no street lights which made this way a little bit scary. 4.Rooms were not fine as doors were crampy leading sunrays to come inside room and limiting the affect of AC. 5. Washroom had cockroaches. 6. Swimming pool had no steps.... More

It was a pleasant stay and rooms were spacious and comfortable and staff were so friendly..breakfast was Gud with different varieties ..view from our room was Gud.. Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
