    We checked in thinking it might be a normal hotel. Booked the hotel thru redbus.in as it gave good offers. The ambience was very good. Rooms & Bathrooms were well maintained. Modernly furnished. Impressive service. Big rooms & Beds. Nearby to the shopping area T Nagar. Best place. Would stay here again and suggest.... More

    Its a comparatively new hotel ! But construction quality is poor. Washroom basin, faucets, racks were all broken! Intercom was problematic! Now good things! Rooms r good, clean! Nice looking ! No lcd tvs! But thats fine. On site restaurant! Food is okay! Not many choices for breakfast but whatever was there, it was good! Staffs r nice ! But communication problem. They mostly speak only tamil and do not understand english. Manager was not helpful! Overall a three star is a very good rating for the hotel. ... More

    The hotel had basic facilities in the room. Rooms are clean, neat, with AC, very comfortable bed, and good bathrooms with running hot water. The rooms had a newer modern look. Though relatively small, the rooms had a sitting room with two sofas in addition to the bedroom. The location of the hotel in T Nagar is central to the city with most of the places within relatively proximate distances.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.
