    FABHOTELS "FRAUDHOTELS"

    DO NOT BOOK WITH FABHOTELS. They are fraudsters. I had booked fabhotel pawan putra for my trip to Kolkata November 23rd 2017 around may of 2017 through booking.com (PNJJZN) and this was a pay at hotel booking. One month later in June 2017 fabhotels contacted me though mail stating that I need make advance payment for booking as there is lot of rush during the period of my visit to Kolkata. I was asked to make an advance payment of INR 3000, which was done immediately. Later on 20th November 2017, two days before my trip, I received a mail from fabhotels stating my accommodation is upgraded to fabhotel arya regency. This was without any notice and when I checked online this site was a cheaper place than I had booked as well as very far away from where I had my engagements in Kolkata. I called the call centre immediately and customer representative stated he will revert the booking to pawan putra and I would receive mail in 10 minutes, but nothing happened. I called next day and asked them to cancel booking and refund my advance payment. On 22nd November 2017, I received a mail stating that refund will be done in 3 working days. On 30th November I called fabhotels again to enquire about the status and answer I got was that the booking was pay at hotel and no advance was paid to hotel. After numerous call transfers to different customer representatives they could track my booking and finally stated that by 11 am on 1st of December 2017 I would receive the refund (as per Ms. Harpreet). Today in 07th December 2017 and there had been no refund/communication from fabhotels.... More

    Safe, affordable and comfortable place

    Me and my sister stayed here for 3 nights last week. First of all, it is a very affordable hotel in Kolkata. The staff were friendly and helpful. we didn't know Bengali, and spoke broken Hindi, and the staff helped us with taxi, and gave suggestions for sight seeing also. There was no water problem, or heater problem. AC was working well. Hence we did not face any difficulties. It was a peaceful stay.They provide good food, which is also reasonably priced. I loved their meals. The room service is quick.We asked for cleaning on the second day, which they obliged. Though we were just two girls, we felt safe. I recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable place in Kolkata. Thank you.... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
