    This property is one of the best place to stay opposite Nehru stadium gate number 4, having Kitchen service and excellent food from morning to evening. rooms are very hygienic with open space with full security features. 10 minutes walk able from Chennai railway station & morning jogging garden is also very near. thanks to Mussa the fabhotel stay for guiding and helping us ....     I have stayed twice in this Hotel in 3 months. Nice rooms, prompt service staff. Felt little awkward with Front desk staff, should be greeting guest on arrival atleast.     Hotel not worth for a business trip

    Stayed here for couple of nights, requested for a single mattress double cot bed but hotel refused and provided 2 single cots which wont suit me since i m a solo traveller. Bteakfast not at time for both the mornings. Restaurant was not having most of the items mentioned in the menu card. No hot water. Ac remote not working. Needs huge improvement on restaurant and hotel service.... More

    Worth for money if you wish you for a comfort stay

    Its a good looking hotel just before the Jawaherlal nehru stadium...front side stay will provide greenish view.If you staying for any business requirements,exam or meetings then its a good place...but not for leisure. Room I stayed was very good. Central railways and Suburban railways is in walkable distance under shadows. It helped me a lot. Room service responds to call is mostly bad we had to call repeatedly. Front offices peoples are unprofessional. Securities behave better than them.Breakfast was good (good for those who like south Indian food). So totally worth for money (as i got 30% discount :) :) ...and Window AC which give trouble sometimes.... More

  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
