    When we were booking a room, we requested for a room with fridge. For which we were suggested to take a suite. We confirmed the booking. Once we visited the hotel, we taken to a room that looked like a small box (suppose to be a suite). We asked for a window facing room, so they changed our room to a window facing one. Our rooms were booked for 3 but towels and all other items in the room was only for 2. We had to request them to give us an additional towel and cups. We ordered in food that evening and there was some left over food that night, for which we had visitors 'RATS'!!! Next day I complained in the morning but nothing was done about it at all. That evening when we confronted the Manager. He was shocked to hear about the rats. And the funny part is the housekeeping staff just finished cleaning our room. Our room had a big window and we showed the Manager the food items that the rats left behind, we also asked him of this was the standard of the housekeeping??? He apologised and asked to shift to another room but we were to shift next day afternoon so we choose not to shift. We also raised the issue where we were suppose to be provided with a fridge in the room but there was no fridge. The Manager soon got a fridge in our room. We had an unexpected family member who spent the night wid us in the room for which we were charged and we're told that we would receive the invoice of the same via email. Till now we haven't received it( it will be one month in a few days for our stay at the hotel). Overall this was a bad experience. I will never visit any FabHotel going ahead and will not recommend anyone to do so too. ... More

    The hotel is conveniently located near the international airport. The room was nice however the bedsheets didn't seem to be very clean. Being next to the main road and adjacent to the metro one can hear the traffic all through the night. The wifi didn't work despite asking a couple of times.... More

    No windows and if you don't turn on ac you feel suffocating. We received a room close to a machine that works loudly all night long. Really bad. No juice in Breakfast. I had never had such a noisy room, it's worst than airplane. ... More

    Small and noisy rooms

    One of the not so good hotel situated nearby Airport. Small rooms with no windows, noisy and complimentary breakfast was roadside stall standard. Some of the pros 1. Nice location - nearby Airport, Above Burger king, Barbeque nation is steps away, tons of restaurants nearby. 2. Clean linen - washroom was clean. 3. Air Conditioning was working properly. 4. Cabs and metro are available and walking distance respectively. Cons - 1. Noisy - You can hear a loud noise in the passageway. You will wake up with the sound of bathroom flush from next room. 2. Breakfast - Complimentary breakfast consist of 2-4 items. 3. Tariff - high room tariff.... More

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
