    Very nice stay I had at this place. its very near to Metro Station, Food is very good. Staff is so professional & very courteous. Rooms are so well cleaned, equipped & organized.     I stayed in this hotel with my wife from 29th sep to 2nd Oct morning, let me write the complete feedback in detail. first i will go with pros then i will come to cons, it nothing like that i want to discuss negative points first.. pros: 1: Rooms are exactly same as shown in pics, but they are bit small, but for couple rooms are enough to have a pleasant stay, we booked deluxe room, but if you are planning for more than two people i won't recomment deluxe room. 2: Hotel is located in one of most posh society of south delhi(Hauz khas), considering the society criteria hotel is bit cheap. 3: House keeping staff was good , whenever we called them they cleaned our room and set up as it was freshly new room provided. 4: Room has all needy things whatever required apart from water bottles, if they provide water bottles in room that will be more good, water present in kettle seems to be old one. 5: Ambience inside room and lobby is good , in case you get bored insdide room , you can go set in lobby where they have arrangd few charis with table. cons: 1: This is basically not a hotel its a apartment converted to hotel. 2: they don't have any sign board so if you are looking for any sign board to find it out then not possible to search this , you need to follow the GPS to reach the hotel. 3: When i asked then why they didn't kept the sign board they told local ppl will come and ask if hotel is free or not show the room bla bla stuff they told. 4: they won't provide you drinking water in hotel, if you want drinking water you have to purchse the water bottle for that they will charge double money, one litre of kinley water was charged 30 rs from us as per government rules no one is suppose to charge more money for water bottles. 5: Hotel staff is not customer friendly, when i asked then "bhaiya i had booking in this hotel" , reply was "booking hai tabhi to de rhe", that was the first response with hotel just after entering the gates. apart from above negative points i don't find any other. overall hotel is good to stay, if you are planning to stay in some low cost hotel having good society nearby and metro station near to hotel, then this hotel is good, rooms are good and clean as shown in pics. if hotel management comes up with the cons i sugested then this hotel is good to stay.     AWFUL MANAGER AND STAFF, They don't deserve to stay open

    where do i start, we got to the hotel only to be told we had no room, we asked why and they said it was later than the check in time, even though we had emailed them with our arrival time. They then just talked among them selfs about us and just laughed in our faces, we spent one and a half hours trying to sort this out but they said to go to another hotel and wanted us to pay for the taxi and a bottle of water we had.after I took photos of them and the hotel they finally agreed to pay the taxi. if you want to be treated like something just scraped off your shoe then this is the place to go, otherwise find a good hotel where they respect you.... Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
