    The staff at the hotel is quite courteous and helpful even during odd night hours. I stayed there as a foreign guest and the receptionist unfortunately didn't know the documents required for my stay and also kept the documents for over an hour to finish the formalities which is not the case in any other stay of mine. The rooms are quite clean with all the basic hygiene amenities provided and very spacious. Do NOT stay at this hotel if you have an issue with noise at night cause the highway is nearby and you'll hear constant honking and hooting the entire day and night. The rooms are cheap considering the prime location in Ahmadabad. The toilet flush was constantly leaking for my two day stay there.Overall quite a decent stay.... More

    From name it would seem to be a fabulous hotel and it comes with a cheap price so anyone would be tempted to stay here. But whatever I had to face on my first stay at this hotel after that I would not visit this hotel even if it is given free. First of all, as I saw the hotel building for the first time I realized from outside that this is not a good standard hotel. But as it was 11 pm in the night I arrived there so rather than looking for any other place to stay I made a (worst) decision to stay there. I ordered food which I received on time. But while eating it I noticed that there was a wasp in curry. I informed hotel staff. The guy who came to check curry initially agreed that there is a wasp with big wings then he took curry in his hand and dipped the wasp deep in curry and started asking me where is wasp. Unfortunately I forgot to take snap of curry when I found the wasp else I would have posted it here. Anyways I asked him to take back the food. When I got ready to sleep on bed I found that there were bed bugs crawling on the bed. This time I didn't ask hotel staff to check because I had understood that they will ignore it. Somehow I managed to sleep on one side of the bed having worried whole night waking up again and again to save myself from the bedbugs. Next morning I found that their bathroom was stinky. With this worst experience I would not recommend anyone this hotel. One can get much better place to stay with just 500 Rs more.     We stayed in a suite room at the front, on the second floor facing the road, for 10 nights. I loved this room! We stayed there, in the same room, in November 2016. It gave me a chance to see India from up high in a safe environment. To me, looking out the window was better than watching television. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it is perfect for the average traveler on a budget. The staff is very kind and courteous, the room is kept very clean, and the breakfast is very good! We did order food delivered to the room a few times, always delicious! We will stay here again. There is a lady that cooks boiled corn on a cart out front every night. She is very sweet and her corn is delicious! You must try it!... More

    I traveled with my family and book two rooms, but during check it is notice that bed smell of bath room were notice in room No. 301, and flush tank are leaking continiously the complain has been made on recepition but no possitive responce received, the breakfast also not good. i can not rececomed to stay with family....   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
