    We had to do a late check-in here around midnight. The reception staff were not so helpful. Room was average. We got a feeling that the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest had left. Bed linen was dirty, used towels were scattered. A coffee to the room took 20 mins and was cold.     I ordered for coffee for which I have to wait for 2 hours. I asked the house keeping staffs for bathing towel for which they gave floor mat towels that too after 2 hours and repeated attempts. Even we are frustrated in getting water bottles. even they are not giving computerized bills for extra persons and room service bills. simply they are writing in a bit paper and giving us. If some guests visit us they are charging with extra person charges which I feel it may not be taken to the knowledge of management and reception peoples are taking those amount as pocket money with giving us the fake bills. The reception peoples are only chatting about liquor or about some unwanted things even when the customers are present... More

    First of all on lot of hotel booking websites this property is being marketed as Hotel, I booked a hotel and was surprised to see its a service apartment, the walkway that leads to reception was ready shabby and so was the ambiance. Their reception is on first floor there is no lift or bell boy to assist you with luggage however the rooms were good enough for the price you pay for it neat clean and spacious and the location is really good close to lot of restaurant, Pondy Bazar... It's centrally located at T Nagar chennai, it's 2.2 km from Mamballam Railway Station and 1 KM T.Nagar Bus Terminus and Chennai International Airport is about 12 km away from FabHotel Blossoms T. Nagar. It is a fully furnished serviced apartment that offers the comfort and coziness of a home and well desinged 16 apartments with kitchenettes. Guests can enjoy a pure vegetarian cuisine spread at Mathsya restaurant, which also presents a salad bar. The apartment showcases a modern design with sleek decor, high-end amenities, and sweeping views of the cityA board room and conferencing venues, namely Brindha and Rajan can be availed to hold a business or private event, which has a seating capacity to hold a gathering that range between 20-50 guests. Note:- Local residents are not allowed. Stay does not includes additional personal expenses like telephone charges,laundry, room service, tip etc. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in (PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card). Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
