    If you are someone who doesnt really care much of the room amenities but rather is on budget and location is important to you than this hotel is fine. it's basic- doors lock, fan works, bathroom flushes and hot water for shower is availble. while the room is not as big as shown in management pics, it's ok. Nothing too great. i like the fact that was close to the airport/malls and few sightseeing places. the staff can a little rude, breakfast is sad so skip out of with breakfast package if possible but the place is safe....     Book It As The Last Option

    Stayed in this hotel for two days with family. It is not hotel in true sense of the term. It does not have a kitchen. It needs a lot of improvement to reach the level of a hotel. A residential multistory apartment has been unsuccessfully converted into a hotel. Rooms are though neat and tidy, bathroom needs a lot of improvement even there is no hook or road to hang clothes there. Pest control is also not proper.I discussed this issue with them and they readily agreed. Another issue is breakfast - there is nothing like breakfast spread. Whatever is outsourced is served in an open in an active garage segregated by a curtain. The silver lining is that staff are courteous and cooperative.And best thing is its location in Viman Nagar adjacent to Hotel Fidalgo.... More

    Never ever ever! Please book if you'd like to tegret later!

    I have made a reservation and am very dis satisfied with the services at FAB Hotel. This was booked by me in the day as I had to check in late and wanted to stay for a few hours only. I had specifically informed on all the calls I recvd that I would check in at around 2300hrs. I got a call at around 2000hrs stating that there was a technical issue in the room that I had booked and they will search an alternative for me in the vicinity (for which they never got back to me). I had to call up at 21:45hrs again to confirm on which the hotel person informed that he doesn't know anything about the issue and will get back to me on the same. I recvd a call from Mr. Deepankar (Gurgaon ) in another 20 odd minutes that the room is confirmed and I informed again that I would check in post 22:30hrs. Everything was fine until then. After this another Blunder. Mr. Rahul calls me up in the next 18minutes and informs that the hotel is sold out would not have a booking for you. I informed him about the entire scenario and asked him to arrange an alternative. He did so (Accepted) but that was 20kms away and without any transportation being provided. What does one do in such a case. I repeatedly informed him about me speaking to Deepankar on the issue and he confirming my booking but he refused to accept. I asked him to speak to any higher authority for the alternative he can arrange. (No calls have been recvd for another 2hrs) I regret the fact that I have booked this property and would never suggest this to anyone. This has been the worst ever experience and I need an explanation on the same. I would book myself elsewhere for time being as ( Beggars are not choosers).   Your take on this is must and I need to be informed of what is being done for this kind of services.   1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
