    Comfortable stay for a night

    Stayed in this hotel for a night on our trip to the jyotirlings.. we had to go bheemashanker early morning so this place was mid way for us.. the ashtvinayak temple of ganpati ji is at walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant at ground floor serves good vegetarian food.. overall a nice stay..... More

    Don’t even venture into this hotel. Worst quality staff, poorly maintained (pic shown is misleading completely), no coordination between hotel management and Fab hotel centralised team, lights not working, lift lobby sucks, breakfast is prepared last night n served next day ( no choice- Standard dishes) and so many problems... avoid ...     WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!

    Rat menace, cockroach problem, leaking AC, blurred mirror, broken soap dispenser and non working exhaust and a manager (Mr. Vijay Dhawan) who's most disinterested. Planning a stay at this hell hole? Read on! EVERY MORNING SINCE 3 AM WE ARE KEPT AWAKE IN THE ROOM BY NOT ONE, NOT TWO BUT THREE RATS! It's 5 am in the morning now and we've been awake since 3 am due to rat menace and water dripping from AC on our heads. This has been happening since the last 5 days and ABSOLUTELY NO action has been taken by the hotel management inspite of repeated complaints to them. What's worse is that the people at the reception are busy sleeping late till 8am in the morning and calling them at night and early morning is useless as they refuse to answer our calls. I have to go all way down to the reception and literally shout at them to wake them up. My father's room too has the added bonus of cockroaches and he was bit by one on his back last night. Even whilst writing this review, I had to shoo away the rats from climbing onto by bed and my suitcases whilst the management was fast asleep. Such a lackadaisical attitude I've never seen in any hotel. Finally when I decided to go downstairs and scream at the top of my voice to wake them up, a housekeeping guy showed up at our room with a sorry face only explain to us how he cannot do anything for the problem, we chided at him for their pathetic maintenance of the hotel but he interrupted and blatantly told us that the manager of the hotel Mr. Vijay Dhawan is least bothered in the upkeep and maintenance of the hotel so solving the problem is not in their hands. The mirror in the room is blurred and impossible to use, the soap dispenser in the bathroom is broken and the bathroom exhaust doesn't work, all of which was told to us by the housekeeping staff that unless Mr. Vijay Dhawan takes some interest in the hotel, absolutely nothing can be done. NEVER IN MY LIFE I'VE STAYED AT SUCH A PATHETIC HOTEL AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO AVOID THIS HELLISH HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
