    Total flop , there was no any management , first of all no starter counter , 2 or three catering person round up with starter plate . when catering person came out with starter plate , guest runs to that person like a dog , no food counter open till 1 pm . we buy thrre tickets , at the time of booking manager says that drinks counter & food counter open still 3 to 4 pm. but at drinks counter iliqueur are out of stock at 12:30 pm . and after guest turns for dinner , due to late open of food counter (1PM ) there is long queue for dinner. I saw some children crying because of hungry & cratering staff dancing behind kitchen area. All catring staff & all counter staff also drinks during party. At the last when guest ask for some service loudly bouncer says don't sought , & if you angry with bouncer , in some case bouncer hit them.... More

    Stayed in this hotel twice this year. The location is great. Lots of parking space and safe too. Its a highway hotel yet not that typical. I have seen lots of families staying here i guess marriage groups and all. They charged us 2300 + per night and no breakfast inclusive in it. Requested late check out by 2 hours and that too was charged. At the reception people are the serious most , they dont smile. Food is average. Rooms plus point is the balcony that it has. Very spacious and good view. Housekeeping staff is polite, but untrained. Wardrobes have fungus inside so you cant hang your clothes there. A/c makes noise throughout night. The person who took our dinner order in room service was so rude that when i asked him one question twice he shouted back and i had to call up reception and request them to take my order. Food that came was quite good though. They have a good restaurant just next to their lobby serving south Indian North Indian food. If the rooms are spruced up and staff is trained on basics like Housekeeping to clean the rooms well, reception to smile a bit and room service to be polite while taking food orders this hotel would be great value for money. At present It lacks basics. Just by the virtue of having situated on good location, having good number of room inventory the hotel is doing well, but some money needs to be spent on room maintenance.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
