    I stayed there for 4 nights on a business trip. The stay was very very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the service was fairly quick. If asked, they could make home cooked food for you for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was included. The rooms were very clean and peaceful. The hotel is in a quite locality and away from the city traffic. The price was reasonable too. Definitely going to use the hotel, over and over again. ... More

    A quiet place in an otherwise busy city

    This is a place mostly frequented by those on business trips - has breakfast (fixed menu) complimentary; lunch and dinner will be made available but we have to inform early. More of a guest house than a hotel - or serviced apartment without kitchen - rooms are spacious with all modern amenities (no fridge in room) - wifi is good - need to have a prior transport pick up arranged as there is no easy public transport off the hotel; Autorickshaws will be available but have to bargain for the place you want to go. For regular visitors this place may be good - but not recommended for those wanting restaurant quality food and off the hotel transport.... More

    Just about okay place to stay in Chennai

    I stayed at Executive Comfort in May-Jun 15 and here're my impressions of the place: 1. Room: The room I stayed in felt like a very ordinary guest house room. The decor was outdated, the furniture and overall feel of the room was that of an old place. Not very modern feeling. There is an LCD TV though which has quite a decent number of channels 2. Location: Location was quite good. Its close to the airport (maybe 20 min. is what it took to reach the airport in the morning). Its in a residential colony, so depending on what you are looking for, you may or may not like the location. The nearest market is about 0.5-1 km walking distance. 3. Food: I had dinner and breakfast in the dining room. The food was okay. Served me a thali which was a big relief compared to hotel cooked food. The food had a quality of being home cooked so that's always a plus for a regular traveler. 4. Staff: Staff was very helpful although not very professional. Cheerful and eager to help, the staff did take good care of me and my needs. And best part is that the staff SPEAKS HINDI...that's a BIG plus in the city of Chennai 5. Other amenities: Well, there is no health club or gym in the facility. Don't recall if I was able to connect to the Wi-Fi. Its a pretty basic place for one to stay in Chennai, if you arent too demanding.... More

    Excellent place!

    Executive comfort is one of those places to stay which deserves all the good compliments as it ticks all the right checkboxes. After a horrible stay at The Checkers hotel, I shifted to Executive Comfort and I am so glad I did! The place is small and it's located a little inside from the main road. But the staff is very friendly to guide you to locate the place. The room is excellent, especially looking at the price which is very nominal. The room's decor is nice, it's spacious and very comfortable. The best thing is the staff and the food I shall say. The staff is ready to help you and are very prompt in fulfilling your requests. The food offered is on request and it tastes excellent. In the morning, I asked the breakfast to be available at 7.30am and to my surprise, the breakfast was ready. If you are going to be around the Guindy area, I shall suggest that look no further and stay at Executive Comfort. It's not an hotel and doesn't come with any star-ratings but I am sure, you are going to find it at par with any such place.... More

    Good but noisy.

    The area is noisy. There is an auto workshop right across which makes awful noises while mending cars. Hotel management appears to be aware of this problem but has not done anything about it. At other times, the area is quiet, very green with lovely trees all around. Rooms have sound proof windows. But there is noise in the common seating and eating areas. Food is just about okay. Staff are helpful. Also, there are no screens on windows and doors and hence mosquitoes when you open the window to enjoy the cool December breeze. Very little wifi access in room no. 70 on first floor. The hotel doesnot provide a 'Do Not Disturb' card to hang on the door. So, you cannot prevent them from entering your room when you are out. We could stay here again only once the auto workshop is shifted from here.... More

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
