    Expensive for an average/poor, unhygienic, older place

    I paid a non-negotiable 3000Rs amount for over a night stay at an average/poor place. They accept the debit/credit cards but they didn't have the machine to swipe the cards, so had to swipe the card to hotel next to this one. Except the bed and Air conditioning, everything else stinks, not clean enough. Flooring looked like it wasn't cleaned enough in months. I was promised there would be hot water for morning shower, but it wasn't hot. Furniture in the room seemed like it would fall down if touched, i wouldn't recommend to use it. Air conditioning luckily worked fine on a very damp day in Mumbai, Bed was all right too. Parking was available on street, there were guards at the gates who can keep an eye on the car. There are couple of decent restaurants and hotels around this place. You can find a better place than this for a family.... More

    Old and Dilapidated

    We stayed at this hotel only because we needed a room urgently and other good hotels were fully booked. Evergreen is a really old hotel and has not been maintained. Air Con hardly worked and felt more like an air cooler. The room had mosquitoes. It would have been difficult to sleep if we hadn't brought a mosquito repellent with us. Old positives about this place are its location (it is just next to the Khar station) and that the rooms are big. Avoid this hotel unless you are only a really tight budget and getting a good deal online.... More

    An Average Hotel With Perfect Location to stay

    Hotel was very near to Khar Local Railway Station , as i was on my business meeting so i needed place near to my meeting place and other near by hotels doesn't have place so i have to book this hotel. Only thing i like was the hotel location. Dirty Rooms need maintenance for this hotel, No cleaning Services , Staff were okay. Restaurant food was bad . I recommend this hotel for bachelors only ,...   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
