    Hotel is very small but situated at very beautiful and peaceful location in Udaipur.. It's situated at the edge of famous Fateh Sagar Lake.. That's plus point.. Rooms were very average and bed linen and towels were torn.. Rooms needs urgent renovation.. Their restaurant on terrace is quite good and food and service was very nice.. All staff persons are friendly and helpful and humble.. Wash rooms were very dirty and shower was not working.. But view from restaurant was very beautiful.. 3 stars for location, view and food and service.. But 0 points to room and wash room.. ... More

    Lost Opportunity

    I stayed at the hotel during late march. Being on a business trip, I hardly had the time to stay for very long at the hotel except to sleep in the night. I write the title such because the people running the facility have actually missed the opportunity. Great location by the lake, quiet neighborhood, spacious, reasonably clean rooms. Thats where the good part stops and the nasty stuff begins. 1. People manning the reception look more like hooligans ready to get into an arguement at the slightest opportunity. Giving heed to customer requirements is the last thing on their minds. Winning an arguement is all that they care about. 2. At midnight, i realized that the aircon in my room stopped working. I called the facility guy. All that he did was to fiddle with the AC remote for 20 minutes while I haplessly waiting. At the end of it, he declared that the AC is DEFINITELY working while I stood there waiting profusely. Thereafter he went back to his sleeping chambers which happens to be the reception lounge. Pls be careful if you return late in the night to the hotel. You might just stumble on the sleeping bodies right near the reception door. 3. All the time, I kept hearing that they don't have the staff to take care of the customers. Effectively, it took them 1.25 hours to deliver my breakfast, 55 minutes to return a shirt given for ironing. I have never seen this lousy service in the crappiest of the budget hotels. It all pointed to the total lack of the concept called "customer service" 4. The hotel has only 6 rooms with floor above used as a hookah bar for the local youngsters. Effectively what you hear for nearly the whole of hte evening is the continuous thumping on the ceiling. 5. Towels were smelly. I think understand the difference between rustic and rude behaviour. The staff was totally indifferent to what the customer wanted. Also, note that this is a completely vegetarian hotel. They won't even give you dishes to bring the nonveg stuff that you bring from outside. Not that I am complaining, just a pointer to my fellow travellers. Booze is allowed.... More

    We were eight people with family stayed in this hotel for two nights it was really very very good the rooms were so spacious and it was neat and well maintained and it had lake facing i dont know about the about food because we did not have a singel meal there the location of the hotel is very good very pleasent and we had a comfortable stay in the hotel....     We hired cab from Udaipur city railway station and searched some hotels in Gulab baug area but could not find desired accomodation. Finally our cab driver took us to Everest international hotel which was new that time (october 2010) and rooms also were available as we wanted two rooms. It is little far from city center but the location is just superb. It is opposite Fateh Sagar lake with beautiful view of Nehru island park. Only problem is you will not get auto easily especially after evening. You should have own vehicle or cab ready as and when required. Rooms are huge (suits) and interior is too good with LCD TVs. Washrooms are also well decorated, neat and clean. Restaurant was new and since it was off-season , they were not prepared but they arranged for the dinner within 30 minutes and served fresh and delecious stuff. Nice and memorable experience!... More

Everest international is located at a distance of 2 km from Pipaliwala Chowk Bus Stop and 2 km from Jagdish Temple. This hotel offers an in-house restaurant to their guests.   4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
