The Hotel is New and Clean. Location is far from Beach. Service is bad. The Hotel didn't provide Towels for a Day. The Maintenance of Equipment they have is "Zero". The Hot Water System was not Working. Management and Restaurant is Divided. The free Breakfast is always an Issue. Overall Ok.

we are of 6 people in 3 rooms booked in this hotel on july 29-2016 -02-august-2017 room numbers are 101,104,105 the rooms are very good and neat , bathrooms are clean and tidy, the restaurant and bar people are very polite and the manager is always attentive , when ever we need they have arranged the transportation from hotel to the airport as well, willing to visit this hotel again in the month of November.

Room was very nice bathroom was clean n tidy. Service was good . Restaurant staff at over the flames was polite and very accommodating. We booked another room and that was simply great. We enjoyed are stay in goa and at hotel Epitacio as well. Overall nice place to stay ..

We booked Hotel online through the Booking.com (2 rooms for 7 people for 2 days).
We checked in hotel on 4th June,2017 at 4.00p.m. When ask Receptionist for billing purpose, Mr. Mazi said that you pay bill after. On 6th June,2017 at 10.30 a.m. during check out, when we went to check out and final payment Mr. Mazi was asking for double payment amount those mentioned on bill mailed by Hotel i.e. 21,712/- instead of 10,856/- including Tax. This bill was exactly double on our bill. We showed him mail from Hotel regarding payment . On this letter clearly mentioned that 2 Days for 2 Rooms bill are Rs.9,200/ - + 18% Tax. (This was Total bill Rs. 10,856/- with Tax). Also Receptionist’s system showed the same bill (Rs.10,856/- with Tax). We showed him mail by hotel on mobile. But Mr. Mazi not agreed this bill amount, then we argue with him regarding this amount. He contacted manager on telephone also. Manager Mr. Sanjay Parab also said us to pay full bill amount. But we argue with Manager & Mazi, then Mazi whats app the bill to Manager on his mobile. Manager Sanjay parab accept the bill provided by us. After that Mazi said that Computer Software is new, he didn’t know how to operate. Again Mazi started asking + 18% tax on Rs.10,856 which was already inclusive tax. Again we argue and paid bill of Rs.10,856/- at 11.45 a.m.
It took almost 1 hr.15 min. to pay the bill
Due to that we missed our bus.

The restaurant staff at over the flames was extremely polite and very accommodating. My dad was on a salt free diet and they would provide the same.i had originally booked the 4 occupancy, but ghetto beds are too narrow. We booked another room and that was simply great. We enjoyed are stay in goa and at hotel Epitacio as well.
