    Best budget hotel!

    It is a massive property! Only thing is that it is too old. But that doesn't make it bad. It is well maintained. You can see from the pictures that the hotel is grand. Cleanliness is upto the mark. We found the staff welcoming and helpful. The best part was the food. A very handsome spread of buffet. Tasty and delightful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.     Elysium spa resort at Panchgani. First of just forget the all review which is written by others in past may be they are right but this is my recent review of yesterday the way they improve you will forget everything so let me say..... I don't know how to explain about this Resort but I can't avoid to put special comment because the way we satisfied it's touch our ♥ before we book this resort we read some reviews on Google and some apps it was mixed reviews so I called up at resort and spoke with manager Mr. Prakash and he promised us that they will satisfied our stay and I am feeling so happy to say that they really fulfill they each word the way they make our stay marvellous and heart touching service and from top to bottom staff are so concerned for our stay they are so kind humble and great respectful make our stay really pleasant and about food OMG its so testy and so many dishes they made it and serve us with great open heart what ever we demand they fulfill it. We never ever seen this kind of hospitality any where else. People who are staying at other hotel or resort they are not aware about this resort otherwise they won't go anywhere else now we can say that it's our resort this much we are satisfied n we got attached with resort and staff. Room place clean food staff service everything is beyond than others.. Me and my family are Heartly thankful to all members of this resort.     Worst hotel i have ever been too

    location: little bit inside. there are no street lights nor the hotel property has lights in side the property. scary if you reach at night hotel: hotel is crying for renovation. it is very very old. I have never seen such a hotel. paint coming off the walls. electrical fittings left open. very old window AC with broken front panel.toilet very dirty. old CRT TV. Dustin were stinking.had to ask staff for replacement. dirty balcony with uncleaned table an chair. Food: only veg food. breakfast : tea and puffed rice,break butter (cook dint bothered to toast the bread) dinner: we had to return everything.uncooked rice..other dish also were horrible... staff: We were the only customer during our stay. stay we're lazy to give service. when we ordered dinner staff rudely replied to take dinner at 9:00pm we can't serve after that... over all worth experience... don't stay at this hotel....Agoda please review hotels before adding to your website...I have lost trust... sorry.... ...     Nice and Memorable Trip

    This was our second visit to Elysium, nothing much has changed about the resort its simple sober cool nice stay. We planned at last moment (Thursday Evening) to go to Panchgani on weekend and want to stay in Elysium (as we already stayed last year and liked the place). We didn't expected that everything will be so smooth, thanks to Gaurav for all his efforts even though it was another busy weekend during monsoon season. But, he asked his staff to make sure that we get not just the proper room but the proper services as well. It was nice, cool and smooth check-in within minutes we get our room keys, we reached in afternoon and checked in and soon we got refreshed the lunch was ready. Simple less spicy food with all the basic needs you expect. We have took the package with all the 3 meals and all the three meals were worth in taste, quantity, quality and enough options. To our surpise there was a Magic Show in the night after dinner, our initial though that it will be just a time pass and kids will enjoy the simple tricks. But, it was not just simple tricks, that guy really shown some pure magic even we could not catch how actually he done that, specially his way of presenting the tricks was really good, everyone in the hall enjoyed that show. Plus points; - Parking space - Food Quality - Room size and Cleanliness - Service Area of improvement: - Towels: Please replace your towels to some new towels. - There was some smell in rooms (might be because of continuous rain) - Add some more games to your game zone (viz. Playing Cards, Chess etc.) Cheers guys, wish to visit you soon...!... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
