    Getaway for a weekend kind of place

    Being from chennai.. sum times u jus want to get away for a weekend with ur spouse .. and don’t feel like wasting huge amount on other five star hotels in the city.. U cannot expect 5star range .. but dfntly tis place i would give 5star irrespective of other reviews for the following reasons Sea front location Very spacious room for such small price Daily room service Pretty decent and clean room Huge desk and chair And a resting chair as well King size bed Walkable to the beach Beautiful roof top swimming pool And free breakfast There is a bar also in the hotel (tis doesnt include in ur stay) If u feel like goin for a massage u can try the spa in the hotel building (tis doesn’t include in ur stay) All tis at a very reasonable rate Where as other hotel similar to this would charge u double the price I think for a hotel which is hardly recognized like other star hotels Tis hotel is top notch Things they can change i would jus say Breakfast is fine But could have been even better in placement of the dishes and plates And hotel service waiters could b extra alert On the whole worth spendin ur weekend here A getaway kinda place ...     Location of the property is on the sea front off the new beach road.We decided to stay as it is away from the city centre and in a secluded place without crowd.Our room on the second floor was really cosy with beautiful sea view.The pool in the terrace is very enticing and the view of the sea is really captivating. Bed and other uoholstory are indeed very comfortable.But service was not upto mark.Food was rather unpalatable.The property should capitalise on its fantastic location by improving its service and food quality.And must provide inroom utilities like tea/coffee maker....     Good Property . Poor Maintenance

    Stayed here in July with Friends. This hotel has all the potential to become one of the finest properties in that area. Large rooms with good interiors. However this has been poorly maintained and lost its charm. The new owners have taken this on lease and I hope they do a little more rework to the rooms and this will be back on track. 2500 for double occupancy with breakfast was pretty reasonable for such a good room. Inhouse lounge bar and spa facility is also available. Not all rooms have great beach views however the hotel is right in front of the beach. Value for money.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out.   10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
