    On the plus side, the hotel is set in spacious grounds, but is really not what it aspires to be!! It is not quite the peaceful jungle setting we imagined as on a main road which with lorries driving passed at all hours! Our first “luxury tent” was dark and smelly, the staff moved us with no problem and the second tent was lighter and slightly improved. However the real disappointment was in the facilities; the swimming pool was fine but only had 3 loungers and only 2 of these with cushions! The spa was unusable and desperately in need of TLC. The yoga area was a dirty platform, and although there were classes there during our stay, I was not tempted to join in! There are no excursions as such; we wanted to visit the falls and all the hotel did was book us an overpriced dirty taxi which dropped us off in Collem and failed to collect us (this was not a problem as we found a local reliable bus back for a fraction of the cost!). The following morning we arrived for the early morning guided nature walk; it was a pleasant walk, although all we saw were spiders despite the posters promising a variety of jungle animals! The guide may have been knowledgeable, but as he spoke no English we will never know!!... More

    Dont belive the pictures !!

    Booked expecting a huge tent that looks lovely on the pictures, we arrived to be given a half sized tent which was basic. I went back to reception to be told it was the best they had and was shown the room I had booked which was a disgrace broken furniture and lights ! I was told the photos on the website are 10 years old and the tents are due to be refurbished. We had no choice but to stay as it was early evening and this place is in the middle of nowhere, we decided to make the best of it and got changed for dinner. The food was cold and tasteless and with nowhere locally to go we went to bed early hungry ! We then had to endure loud music from other tents until we finally complained to the occupants after 12 at night. We booked for two nights but stayed only 1 we were not offered a refund or an apology. Do not go to this RESORT expecting what they advertise as you will be very disappointed it is a bed for the night and nothing more. I have not written this lightly as you will see from my other reviews I do not write bad reviews. The booking was under the name Martin Saunders.... More

    The rooms can most definitely use a makeover,they look dated & rundown . The bathrooms were just horrible dark & terrible. The restaurant serves some very mediocre Food ,and the portions are small too .nothing memorable as such... More

    When I was checked in TV wasn’t working .. took 1 hour for technician to come and fix .. No hot water in bath tub when I asked they came back to me saying that the water heater is very small and can’t provide hot water in bath tub... room service order takes more then 90 minutes to come. Receptionist wasn’t professional person. Not willing to help. I was in tent 205... More

Overview

Dudhsagar Spa and Resort is located amidst the lush green surroundings of Molem. This resort in Goa has an exclusive spa offering various beauty treatments and massages. The resort is situated at a distance of 47 km from Madgaon Junction Railway Station. The resort houses 42 rooms, fully equipped with essential amenities which include flat screen TV, tea/coffee maker and electronic safe. Each room comes with a bathroom with various toiletries.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
