    Not good hotel to book worst experience

    We booked double delux room for 7 first day they give us room on 3rd floor room was full of wall damp ( seelan on walls). Only 2 double bad was there we told them to change the room next day they Change our room that was actually d room which we booked but again next suddenly the door of wash room cracked they told us carpenter will come and fix dat but we don't have time there was lots of cocroch in that room, many time water supply stopped . After 10 resturent close we request them to give coffee tea but they have not arranged morning after 8.30 resturent open... More

    Not so great as Expected.

    We reached around 11pm to hotel, no good ambience or hospitality from the hotel peopple. We had booking for 16 people but we went only 11, we expected some complimentary discounts on Breakfast or anything. We didn't get just 2 water bottles :( . Since we booked though online , staff was not so helpful in anything for us. Even we didn't use restaurant due to non reasonable prices. Better to walk little to get some good hotels. Overall we had not so great experience.... More

    We paid the advance and paid 2 months back and the reason they said on our check in was that ur rooms were over booked ....we were standing on roads .. literally they sucked our evening and our trip too ..... More

    Rooms are not good, cleanliness is not proper, staff is not trained, the staff are just local boys, card payments are not accepted, A/C is not working for all rooms, know this as we booked 6 rooms, even if u booked online booking reference number is not enough you need to show email as their system is not working, you won't get water at the middle of the night. Location is ok, parking is open and dusty and does not have any gate. Food is ok, but not good enough.... More

    Worst worst worst hotel ever in history of this world...i request you to all never ever book this hotel in your sleeps tooo.....third class condition of the hotel and no outside food allowed to bring into hotel as if the hotel is a 5 star hotel.. worst worst hotel ever..if this is the last hotel to book than to dont book this hotel..worst service too no drinks allowed from outside... Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
