    free shuttle to the beach

    The hotel is well maintained. It has a nice feeling and we as guest felt very comfortable. It offers several sitting areas. The gym is adequate for a workout. We were on vacation and used the shuttle to reach the beach. It is a short ride to beach, Baga. The shuttle bus leaves the hotel at 11 am. Pick up from the Baga beach 15 minutes after the hour. This drop off point gives you the opportunity to explore other beaches by just walking along the coast. The hotel staff, one of the best. Always, genuinely willing to help and have a conversation to see if you are doing okay and enjoying your stay. We had every breakfast and dinner at the hotel. We enjoyed both onsite restaurants. The menu selection was great. We found very enjoyable the 5 nights we spent at this Hilton property. Highly recommended.... More

    Execellent hotel with focused services

    Stayed with Family during Goa visit and liked the facilities and extremely satisfying service. Best example was, being the hotel sold they managed to provide wash and change room at 0900hrs wherein the check out time is 12Noon. Also, Food is good. Special thanks to Muani at front desk, managed to get us a car in 5 Minutes though the car was not upto the mark of a 5 star hotel and the services provided. Overall, happy with the product offered and services provided.... More

    It is Hilton so it has to be nice. Awesome experience, so clean and well maintained!!! Awesome stay.. Best food very nice ambience.. I would definitely visit again and recommend to all The hotel only offers wifi if they sense you'll give them more business. Our package did not include breakfast. Upon informing them that we'll have breakfast and pay for it before we leave, the staff readily offered us wifi. This is heights of cheapness coming from a property like Hilton. When we inquired about wifi before informing about our breakfast intention, the hotel simply denied our request.... More

    Excellent quiet hotel in a great location

    This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel in Arpora and we plan to go again next year. It is an excellent, clean hotel with friendly efficient staff and comfortable king size beds. This hotel is set back from the road with 24h security at the entrance. It is located across the road from the biggest night market in the area that starts at the end of November during the peak season. This is great as you don’t get caught up in the traffic getting to it. The hotel has a free shuttle bus every hour to Baga beach/town from 11am to 7pm. There is also a big taxi company just inside the complex entrance. We prefer this location than the hotels in Baga where it is much busier and nosy. The rooms are spacious and the king sized bed is a must for us. The standard in this hotel is very good, like all the other Hiton by Doubletree hotels. In the rooms you could be in any country! All the staff are very efficient and friendly. The only negative for me is that there is no bright light near a mirror when putting makeup on in the evening when it is dark. Also when sitting at the dressing table to do my hair, you are too low to see in the mirror on the wall. The latter isn’t a big deal as you just have to stand up but the low lighting when putting on makeup is a problem. I have mentioned this to staff on a couple of my stays but nothing has been done. However I still rate this hotel very highly. We always stay in a lagoon facing room, which is quiet and very private when you sit on the balcony. The pool is a nice size and pool towels are provided. Only one negative is that they need a few more sun umbrellas. Baga beach is busy, also Calangute and Candolim beaches are busy but this hotel is about a 25-35min taxi ride to several lovely quieter beaches where there are beach restaurants well spaced out, each with only a relatively small number of sun loungers right at the edge of the sea. The taxi cost from this hotel to our favourite Mandrem Cafe on Mandrem beach was 16000 rupees this year for a return trip, so still great value for UK visitors, especially if there are 4 of you in a taxi. Usually the taxi driver stays all day to take you back, as the beach restaurants have a drivers hut. Fantastic location and great hotel! ... More

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 03 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
