    La Reserve in Saint-Jean-de-Luz is everything one could ask of an upscale hotel in an upscale tourist town - elegant, quiet, comfortable - yet it is equally friendly to families with young children with a host of amenities. Situated with a stunning view overlooking the Atlantic and toward Biarritz, La Reserve has much to recommend it. The two minor complaints we had were that the restaurant was not open on Monday evening, so we had to go into town for dinner, and the double room we had was a bit on the small side, though the room's appointments were very nice. Best of all, our room had a balcony where we could sit to look over the ocean, and we were able to sleep with the window open and hear the surf break on the shore below. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. La Reserve would make a good choice for day trips out into the Basque country.... More

    stayed for stayed 3 nights in a comfort apartment. Room 306. The grounds and views are beautiful. Excellent walking areas along the coast. We like having a large room with a kitchenette and this covered that. The huge terrace and views were amazing. The decor of the apartment was a little dated, but worked out fine. The bath area seemed to be updated. Private parking. Excellent staff and service. What a lovely area.... More

    Mixed experience. Great location but not sure this place merits 4 star. The photos do not appear to reflect the reality of our experience. Our room appeared to have been assembled from random trips to m bricolage. Glasses not cleaned from one day to the next. Be aware that it is a good 20 mins walk to the centre of St Jean de Luz and to reasonably priced wine. The food is v good in the restaurant (but wine ridiculously priced) and the serving staff are very friendly and helpful. If only the same could be said for the two ‘experienced’ staff on reception. (The younger person is helpful). Cheer up, we’re only paying 300 Euros a night to keep you both in a job!... More

    Good hotel to use as a base for exploring the area

    Whilst it was a nice hotel with a lovely terrace for dinner, we were disappointed with the minuscule size of our double room. Nowhere to put anything down, it was difficult, even for one night. The staff were all very efficient and we enjoyed a pleasant dinner with friends on the terrace, a lovely summer evening. Hotel had a nice pool for relaxing by and nice walks in both directions - about 15min walk into the lovely town where they have a great open and covered market. The river also made a pretty walk. Good base for visiting Biarritz, Bayonne and the Basque Country. ... More

    the pool is too small in consideration of number of guest and the water is too cold, there are no deckchairs at the pool and the space around the pool is limited ,the breakfast is too poor and with very low quality of foods , rude staff.....no need to come back. is a pitty as the location is really good. ... Overview

Live-it-up in the serene surroundings of this 3 Star resort, which is opposite the Candolim Health Centre and near the Candolim Beach. The two floor resort houses 140 well-appointed rooms. Guests can dine at Boa Cozinho - the pool-side restaurant, serving Goan and Continental cuisine. The bean-shaped swimming pool offers recreation, made more exciting by water polo sessions. One can also have fun with some indoor board games, such as Scrabble, Monopoly and chess. This resort features a serene ambiance by the pool, where guests can sun bathe, swim, or just laze around under the sun beds with a chilled beer. One can enjoy folk dances and live music in the evenings. The property also has an ayurvedic massage center for health-conscious guests. Business visitors are facilitated with a cyber cafe and Pinnochio - an auditorium-style conference room, which can accommodate a gathering of 100 people. Note - Swimming pool will remain close for maintenance work till 5th August 2019.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
