    Hotel is average, nothing special. Definitely not a 4star standard. But, location is good, close to beach but in a quiet area. Sheets and towels were clean, food was ok. If you have all inclusive package then wine is terrible, but beer (Effes ) is ok. Rooms are pretty small. We were travelling with 1,5 year old baby, babybed were offred and we also booked a family room ( separate living and bedroom ). This was big and nice! Reception boys were extremely nice!! One big problem - the noise from the corridor. We put towels under door, because it was awful. Generally ok place to stay, you can sleep, you can eat, you can drink. If you are keen to do acrivities from outside the hotel and go there just for sleeping and eating, then this place is for you!... More

    service was disgusting. room was falling apart no air con and curtains kept falling down. food was nasty always covered in flies and beetles not a lot on offer had to go out every night. the staff where the nastiest bunch of people I have ever meet, very rude and threating most of our time there. They seemed to have a huge problem with the fact my partner is black. This race issue was on going from they day we arrived till the day with left not just locals but staff and guests made sure we knew they didn't approve of us, we even had threats of being beating with snooker balls. since being back I have had the staff message me horrible things on facebook this shows they have used my personal information to harass me. feels like I'm living in a never ending nightmare...     Had good time. Nice location. Made new freinds. Freindly staff especially. Ayhan , coskun, arif. Usain. Def come again. Nice and friendly. Lots of cheap water sports on beach. Jet skiing. Paraglidin. Para sailing. Bar on beach. And in hotel. Free all inclusive. Nice scenery. Mountain ranges. Massive castle. Wiv boat rides round. Which was 5 pound. Went in caves to. Had plus 30 c weather end of October for 2 week's. B back wiv freinds next year. ... More

    Just spent a week at this hotel.Nice room which was cleaned everyday.Small pool with few Sun beds.The food was very bad and the same every day.The best thing about this hotel is the location as only afew minutes to the beech.... More

This beautiful resort is situated just next to Kingfisher Villa in Candolim. The place was recently renovated and introduces a new lifestyle that's relaxing and stress free and especially designed for couples, families and friends. A total of 25 air-conditioned guestrooms are available with hi-end amenities. Lunch or an intimate dinner for two beneath a canopy of stars can be arranged at the multi-cuisine restaurant-cum-bar. Guests can unwind with an ayurveda massage or enjoy a swim in the pool.

Policies
  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
