    this is one of the worst and unsafe resort I have seen ever in my life. I booked with a positive mind set it is on highest pick of ooty and will have a great view and all. After reaching the resort there was no reception no security and it was like a 2 Bedroom Hall flat one bedroom was be given to me and other one was for some other person that too rooms were stinking. With in an hour I said I will vacate the room and and refund the money after deduction of applicable charges I was booked for 4 Days. However owner didn't came I waited for 2 hours some how I called a taxi through google and escaped from the place. After that owner didn't responded my call neither refunded any money. But please stay away from this property.... More

    Beware people this Resort is full of rowdies. They have machete weapons. We had been there on 5-25-2014. By 10 in the night we went to the resort and asked for 2 rooms. The owner of the resort said he has rooms. We saw the room; it was not so good. He told us 2500 per room. We had no option. we told him to make it 2000. Some how the owner was convinced. We gave him 1000 has advance. Literally he threw the money. We got angry and we wanted to know the reason why he did that. He wanted full money on spot. There was no ATM around us. Its a forest. He started to talk about KANNADA people n all. We got angry. The fight started. The room boy who works for the resort straight away got a machete weapon. He is trying to hit us. We got frustrated. Directly we went to Ooty Police station and complained about the resort. The resort people thought tourist cant do anything that too we were from Karnataka. We learnt them a lesson. Thankfully police responded and arrested the owner and the room boy. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS RESORT. THE RESORT PEOPLE ARE CHEAP ROWDIES.... More

    I booked this hotel with makemytrip.com, seeing the pictures and the makemytrip reviews. I went there on boxing day of 2013 at 6 PM. There was no reception. Two ladies sitting in the front yard, one is the owner cum manager and the other is the cleaner. The rooms are big as in the picture, but the bedsheets, towel, paint and varnish on doors and the furniture is at least 10 years old. It has not been repainted since its inauguration. There is none to attend you for calls in this remote place. There is no restaurant. The blanket was very ugly. There is no heating.The room was not mopped for at least one week. I could feel the dust in the floor with my foot. The whole resort has no security at all. We were the only customer when we reach there in the evening. Seeing the surroundings, my family did't get down from the car at all. I went back to the car and discussed with my wife and decided that at no cost we are going to put our three kids there even if we loose all the money we spent for the booking. We searched for other hotels and stayed at Hotel Tamilnadu for the entire vacation. I lost RS 8300 because of the attractive photos on the make my trip website. The government should take steps to close down this resort. The three star accommodation at hotel Tamilnadu was cheaper than this.... More

    Its not resort, it just a room with attached bathroom. No water...No roomservice...very very bad experience...From OOTY it 5KM far u have to spend 200rs for auto everytime. we cant go and see other places... ... More

    We book this resort by makemytrip for 4 days and 3 nights for two families. There is no reception no phone no towel in bathroom no soap etc. They provide water us for only two days rhen they demands money 1500 for more waters for bathing and for even toilet. There is TV in the room but it is out of order. No any charge point is working for even mobile charge. cleanliness is zero. in all resorts there is no other family are there. there is no drinking water also. we left this horrible place on thirdday. It spoil our tour. plz dont book it. I contact makemytrip for my problem but after sale service of makemytrip is zero. plz dont book any hotels with makemytrip also. ... More

A multi-cuisine fare can be relished at the Jungle Cafe, which is open from 7a.m to 10p.m. Guests can shop for all basic necessities and Nilgris treasures at the in-house. The travel counter arranges sight seeing tours and other travel requirements, including horse-riding, cycling and trekking expeditions.

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 12 PM.

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance

Booking Policies

  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
