    EVERY ROOM WITH A VIEW

    Set amidst the nature, this hotel is situated in a quiet place yet at the heart of the town. ATM, Restaurants, Taxi stand are within 30 meters of distance. Every rooms offer a balcony with stunning valley view. Rooms are carpeted, large and cozy with running hot and cold water. Only one issue, the hotel has no restaurant although it was not a problem for us due to close access of many within 100 meters. Staffs offered a smiling service, specially room staff Murthy.... More

    I visited Ooty in the month of June 2017. Booked room for 2 nights stay. The manager picked us from the Ooty bus stand and took us to the hotel. The way to this hotel is too dirty and the roads are in very bad condition. We were kept waited for at least 1 hour as the room was getting cleaned. Room is fine and the view from the balcony is ok. Hot water was available only between 7 am to 8 am, 7 pm to 8 pm. They had promised a swift desire for a day tour in Ooty and Conoor. We were informed that we had to leave early morning by 8:30 am in order to visit all the major sight seeing places in Ooty and Coonoor including Toy Train from Coonoor to Ooty. We were ready at the said time but car was not available. The car was made available at 9:15 am and that too it was Mahindra Logon instead of Swift desire. The staff is not friendly and rude sometimes.... More

    We arrived at this hotel before check in the staff were happy to let us check in however not the roomss we booked don't accept rooms 101 or 102 these rooms were very very cold and we needed extra blankets and room heater which had an extra charge let us have them at 300rs instead 500rs cheeky would look elsewhere next time ...     Avoid it unless you have NO other option

    Accessible through a very narrow uphill road which is not properly laid out and is in a corner. Absolutely deserted. Has a few parking spots. Just a two floor building with rooms on the first floor probably. We saw only those. The corridor smells all time of cigarette. No security at night. No restaurant. We did not get any service because the reception guy was drunk and sleeping. The room is as shown in the pics, decently neat, not so neat bed sheets, clean enough bathrooms, warm water starting at around 7:00 AM and not sure till what time in the day but definitely not at night around 11:00 PM. Balcony has a good view. Close to commercial road so you are near to eateries and other places. Did not really find the place worth the price. We booked two rooms at Rs 2100 each for a night.... More

  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
