    I had a bad experience with the hotel... Pros: -Good AC -Good Food ( though the restaurant is not with the hotel , so cant give them this point) Cons: - Bad Water : Found a worm in the bathroom water supply - Bed Sheets: Bed sheets were not changed, found a red curry stain in the Bed Sheets - Mosquitoes: Unfortunately, we found several mosquitoes in the hotel room All in all, I really hope that the hotel staff takes some time to investigate nd clear the room. I as a traveller wont mind waiting for 10-15 minutes for a room, if the room is tidy and everything is checked for. If I am spending 2K for a night stay, I wont want to think what else is wrong with the room.... More

    My company had booked this room as it was near to Juhu Helibase & i was arriving in night.The rooms are very small, you feel suffocating & depressing interior.Moreover the washroom are so small that an average size person can not fit inside. You can imagine how small it could be. The worst part is behavior of hotel staff, i had never seen such rude staff anywhere, its like they are offering you the room for free & they can say anything including abuses. While checking out the staff told me that there swipe machine is faulty & i have to pay 2500 Rs by cash. After demonetization one hardly has 400 to 500 rs cash & most of transaction are done through card. After i refuse as i did not had cash they started abusing & my colleague & driver intervene otherwise there would have physical fight. If you have 1% of your brain working i request you please do not book this hotel.... More

    The check-in was a breeze, the staff were very helpful and helped me in selecting a bigger room as not all the rooms were of comfortable size. It was a peaceful stay, devoid any noise, very quiet. Chair was provided on request and all amenities were present and working in the room.... More

    It was a bit difficult in locating the hotel. When we returned to the room in the evening, it was infested with tiny cockroaches on the floor. Abundant mosquitoes all around. The staff gladly accepted my request for a change in room but did not help. Toilet is so small that the shower is right above the commode. Noisy airconditioner. No choice for breakfast, whatever is for that day will be served to your room and there is no table and chair for having food, have it on your bed. Overall, bad experience. The only saving grace is very courteous staff who strive in serving you well. For a marginally higher cost, you get far better hotels around..... More

    A hotel room for INR999 in Mumbai means that you should approach whatever is offered with great skepticism. An unfortunate change in plans meant that I had to spend an extra night in Mumbai and with no reservation on hand, decided to just find the cheapest hotel to tide me over till my flight the next day. Oyo Rooms Marol it was then. The room, as expected in Mumbai is extremely tiny but surprisingly, the bathroom was of a serviceable size. There was a restaurant in the hotel but why bother when you can just step out and eat the local food for much cheaper. The breakfast the next day was exactly 2 items, 1 of which had been polished off by the time I made it down. The other, was extremely soggy sandwiches. So, summary: functional and clean. Thats the only expectation that I'm taking forward to other Oyo Rooms properties... More

  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
