I had visited this place with my colleagues and it was a grand place. Excellent food and rooms were top notch. Excellent property with constant car service to move guest from one place to another as the area is pretty huge. A little towards the expensive side but worth it. The staff was very cooperative. We had also booked tents which was so excellent location. Must visit this place once . Lot of outdoor activities like zorbing and all.

We went for our Company's outing for a one night stay. It was a very bad and frustrating experience for us. There is no coordination between the sales and operation team. Sales team promises something but operation team doesn't have any idea about it. For next day lunch they didn't inform us about the restaurant where we would be served and because of this half of my team didn't get lunch although we have made to pay for all the member even after telling them in advance that 3-4 people shall be leaving early and won't be having net day lunch. All Money Minded people. A suggestion for Mr. Jimmy Mistry: Instead on expanding and constructing more rooms across first improve your Operation and Sales Team. Sales people fight with each other for sales but when it comes to after sales service no one is available.

My time with Della Resorts was awesome. Lots of activities within the resort make it a perfect getaway from the crowd and traffic of Mumbai. Hotel rooms were good, could have been better though. There is an adventure park within the resort which was also fun. You are greeted with a luxury car at the entrance which would drop you off near the room. No need to worry about traveling within the resort at night. They have drop off services. Food in the resort was good. Me and my wife enjoyed the activities like bike riding, shooting, arrow shooting, zip-line which were fun and recommended.

- Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.

Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
- The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
- Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
- Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.

- In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
- Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
