    I was on 3 nights family vacation to Ooty and based on the reviews and rating, booked a Premium room in this hotel. The first experience was pleasant, reception staff was was courteous. Room was to our satisfaction spacious & good view. the linen was clean and adequate. There is no in-house restaurant which is a disadvantage but room service is available and is quite prompt. the Food served is affordable and the taste is excellent (we only had 2 meals at the hotel and the experience was good.The breakfast is served in the lawn and the winter sun felt great , the breakfast served is fresh, sufficient and taste is great. Would like to mention the F&B Manager (may be wrong with the Designation) Mr. Bala, whose customer service made us feel special and brought smile to our face.     This is a good hotel with good service. However room temperature is cold at night. good staff with good food. the location is on top of a hill which is very hard to reach and so would only recommend if you have a car.... More

    The process from the booking until the check out was hassle free. The team contacted us a day prior to confirm the arrival times and any specific arrangements to be made (birthdays etc.)The check-in was smooth at the reception who made everything comfortable with regard to stay and all the sightseeing info around ooty. The staff escorted us to the room where we introduced all the amenities and services that can be availed in the room. Spacious room with Coffee maker, Water and toileteries. A cosy ambience, perfect for a 3-day stay with a good balcony view. The breakfast is a buffet and arranged outdoor in the garde. Dinner will be served at your room in reasonable time. The chef needs an appreciation as he personally asks for the review of the food & can get it customized with regard to dietary restrictions. Heaters also are availbale for daily rent. What needs improvement: 1. The approach road in the last one km to the resort is very poor- Steep & full of potholes. Unless one is used to the high altitude terrains this can cause wear and tear to the vehicles. The team has admitted it themselves but if they rectify this approach, we have no second thought of recommending this stay. 2. Parking space although there is slightly limited (10 cars fit in). Apart from these, we really felt home away from home and we have to thank Bala, Ritu and Ajith and the entire helper staff for making it a memorable stay for us.     Thank you. We had a great time in Ooty and your hotel played a great role in this. The hotel has arranged an auto driver and it was a great help for us and he provided us enough details on each placed which was a great information for us. I would have given an excellent review, if the road to this hotel was also a better one. All the best.... More

Hotel Check-in Time is 12 PM, Check-out Time is 11 AM.

Booking Policies
  1. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  3. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Goomo will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
  4. Child policy apply which may vary from hotel to hotel.
  5. Failure to check into the hotel, will attract no show charges as per Hotel policies.
  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience.   11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
