    Horrible. Terrible. One of the worse hotels I've been in India after many years. The photos of booking.com do not reflect the real aspect of the room. I booked a "deluxe" room, not the standard one. Even the owner laughed when I said that. Dirty bed clothes. Dirty bathroom. It looks like anything has been painted or cleaned or fixed since the day it was built. Wires coming from the wall. The bin full from previous customer. No windows, etc. I don't know how did they get those photos on booking com, must be CGI and expensive photoshop!... More

    the room was much smaller than the amount they charged from me.i thought earlier to stay for 3 nights but i left the hotel next early morning.not at all service provided by them.worst and unexpected.only location was perfect except this everything thumbs down.... More

    Owner is polite, location is walking distance from karolbagh metro stn, many more hotels around to choose, deal offered is very lucrative, but my day & health (itchy body whole day)were spoilt as my bed was full of bugs, cockroaches, webs all around the furniture, weird insects in washroom so i dint even hav a bath. No windows in room, broken furniture all around in corridoors, no remote for AC, weird torn napkin/towel etc. Over phonecall the deal seemed cheap but equally cheap deals are avlbl on upfront arrival at reception of other hotels too. All fellow travellers i met inside the hotel were complaining of similar probs. Even my cab driver mentioned about thug kind image of this hotel. I left within 3 miserable hours & the person thru whom I booked this hotel over phone the previous night never took my call laters. I dont xpect much, but never come across inhuman standards... More

    Only location is good rest every thing is worst...dirty & Dark rooms, very rude staff and the hotel has their own policies..they can deny any service any time to you....Its not a hotel its a boys PG ....... More

    This hotel is good for low budget. But service is average,breakfast is average. Staffs are good and co-operative nature. If you are visit places in Delhi and want to book a cab, never book from this hotel. They have not their own car. If you book a car by mistake then beware of their driver specially The Name "Shyam" from Bihar. He is not a good driver and charges maximum amount from traveller, he is totally fraud.... More

  1. Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to this hotel.
  2. As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that failure to abide by this can result with the hotel denying a check-in. Hotels normally do not provide any refund for such cancellations.
  3. The standard check-in and check-out times are 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may also be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed to and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
  4. Failure to check-in to the hotel, will attract the full cost of stay or penalty as per the hotel cancellation policy.
  5. Hotels charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement during Christmas, New Year's eve or other special events and festivals like Diwali or Dusshera. These additional charge are not included in the booking amount and will be collected directly at the hotel.
  6. There might be seasonal variation in hotel tariff rates during Peak days, for example URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the room tariff differences if any will have to be borne and paid by the customer directly at the hotel, if the booking stay period falls during such dates.
  7. All additional charges other than the room charges and inclusions as mentioned in the booking voucher are to be borne and paid separately during check-out. Please make sure that you are aware of all such charges that may comes as extras. Some of them can be WiFi costs, Mini Bar, Laundry Expenses, Telephone calls, Room Service, Snacks etc.
  8. Some hotels may have policies that do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples or certain foreign nationalities to check-in without the correct documentation. No refund will be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. If you have any doubts on this, do call us for any assistance
  9. Any changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and charges may apply as per the hotel policies.
Booking Policies

  6. The total price is inclusive of all applicable taxes. However, it does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren't a part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips.The hotel will charge you directly for these when you're checking out.
  7. Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year's Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel.
  8. Some hotels may require guest(s) to furnish a valid photographic proof of identity in original at the time of Check-in. Kindly carry the same along with you to avoid any inconvenience. The following documents are recognized for this purpose: Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport or Election Card.
  9. Note PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
  10. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of goomo.com.
  11. In case of increase in tariff during the URS period in Ajmer or Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri, the customer is liable to pay the difference if the Check-in date falls during those periods.
  12. Goomo acts purely as an agent to hotels/suppliers, hence Goomo shall not be responsible for issuance of any invoices on hotel room charges.
