Cool...Really Cool Hotel

I stayed at this Hotel on my visit to Delhi from an Invitation from National Council of Cement & Building Materials (Ministry of Commerce & Industry) for presenting our Paper at their 15th International Seminar.Staff though very little trained were polite and approachable.The complimentary breakfast was quite up to the standards.In the reception specially, there was a Bihari employee who very helpful to me in arranging me the Ola cabs for transport in & around Delhi.Hats off to him.However,last but not the least is that Hotel Dee Marks has less approachability than its neighbouring Hotels.This needs to be developed as what I found is that the Signboard of Dee Marks is invaded by stray Neon Lights,Unnecessary Structures etc etc. which makes it difficult for the city cab drivers to drive in.

No lifts but who needs one to board a flight of stairs. Rates are reasonable and rooms tidy. Near the airport but with the cacophony of aircrafts flying by and the marriage ceremony that goes on at this hotel

I happen to take this hotel for a short duration.
The hotel has two wings i took the new wing as the rooms seemed to be better.
there is no elevator though but not that it matters as its only a floor to climb.
The Rooms is really nice. Its big and Spacious, has a comfortable and clean bed.
The only dissapointment i had with this hotel is that the hotel is more focused on room service. I had to wait in the restaurant for a while before someone came to take my order. It felt like the hotel is under staffed
I checked in at about 11 pm. there was no one at the entry. I had to go to the reception and ask them to send a bell boy who could help me with my luggage.
Now coming to the food qulity. we ordered a portion of veg garlic noodels, dal makhani and roti.
as expected the north Indian food is better. well there are plenty of better options near by.
Overall it a good hotel for a short stay, a bit on the expensive side.

Stayed for one night. Room was good spacious. However before settling I changed it twice first they gave me a room with twin beds which I asked them to change. Which was changed to a room with double bed but close to kitchen with strong odour from kitchen which I again got changed. Bathroom was disappointing, shower area was not separated which makes entire bathroom wet. They should have a shower curtain if not glass.
Staff tries to help but is untrained. Reception had no clue which room to offer and was asking house keeping boy for the same.
Buffet breakfast was miserable. Poor spread. I was the first to enter and found food cold. Chef on live counter not available and took them 20 minutes to arrange one.

I came here with my family I bookd the hotel by MMT for 2 days and gave them advance payments. As I came there was no vallet parking and no 1 to pick up the luggage. The reception boy was chewing pan masala and told sorry no room. I was so tired with my wife n 3yrs old daughter the person told me to move to Celista which is their property nearby. I waited for 20 min for them to arrange and then the same reception guy told "Sir u can stay with us in Dee marks" Unclean room with no attention on amenities and untrained staff was what was provided to us.
The second day I told them to make my room and it was not made from morning till eve room cleaning staff came when I nearly shouted on them on room extention calling them 10times. The staff told me that only 2 cleaning staff for 60 rooms sir kaise karein???? Staff guest sab pareshaan hai.... N this happens everyday. My advise not to stay with such people and if doing so do it on your own risk!!!!
